I had MAJOR concerns with my vehicle for almost 2 weeks. I took it to Car-X Tire & Auto with the advice from my sister and a former coworker of mine. Within an hour I was updated on the issue and before the end of the day; the repairs were completed. I have NEVER been more satisfied and grateful for a professional service, prompt work, and decent cost like the one that this place provides! I will be transferring my car services to them for any future needs and will most definitely recommend them highly to others.
Thank you again to Rich and his team for their phenomenal work!

Would not recommend, they ask for $100.00 just to diagnose any issues and they do not update you if any of their workers is not able to make the appointment on time due to unexpected events going on.

We had been going to CarX for over 20 years with multiple cars over many many years. Last year one of the tires we bought from them with road hazard insurance was damaged and needed to be replaced. After trying many times to call and to go in person we were unable to get them to replace the tire. We had to go to another shop and get new tires. I have been trying to talk to them for the last 9 months to get them to reimburse us. They having been stringing me along all this time. They lost a valuable customer. I would NOT recommend them at all.

March 2024 - I'm always treated courteously by the staff there and the prices are fair for a non-dealership service business. It's not the cleanest, however. My wife would rather go to the local Honda dealer for oil changes since the atmosphere is like a spa compared to Car-X but I keep going back because I would rather save the money.
June 2024 Update - My wife's oil change cost as much as the Honda dealer and was supposed to include tire rotation (also included in the dealership price). However, I marked the tires and they were not rotated because (their reason) "the tread depth was equal all around". That's not the only reason for rotations - it's HOW the tires wear. They should have said something instead of checking the "tires rotated" box on the bill. Trust has been lost.

4/20/2024 I have an appointment in two slot as I bought tire from Amazon in two installments. I signed the paper and waited on the waiting room for two hours. After two hour the manager told they haven’t touched my car at all. I was very pissed off. He assured me to take care of the matter on Monday.
4/23/2023 I reached there at 5 pm for installation of my four tire bought from Amazon. They installed that in one and half hour. While I was taking off I inspect my tire and found one center hub is missing which they forgot to put back. After that there was TPMS light on the dashboard. After investigation found out they broke my TPMS sensor. They replace that. After that I drove it home and still the TPMS sensor light sometimes turning on and off automatically.
My verdict: The manager is helpful but the staffs are inexperienced and don’t care about their jobs. They don’t take care of the client’s properties carefully. I told the manager if he is not correcting these behaviors they will loose customer. So far my worst experience on simply changing four tires. Giving two star only for manager’s behavior otherwise will put one star.

I have been coming this this shop for 3 years for oil changes and work on my vehicle. ALL of the work done had to be redone this year after the warranties expired: serpentine belt; replaced after 1 1/2 years, alternator less than 2 years and I wasn't offered the one with a lifetime warranty, battery just missed the 2 year mark but I remember getting a 3 year warranty, Tires were not being rotated upon request after oil changes so 2 were bald which caused a flat tire while I was out shopping. They DO NOT top off fluids and WILL NOT tell you when they are low. They are scammers and I do plan on contacting the BBB & CEO of company.

If I could give zero I would. Went here yesterday and was told that my rack and pinion were bad and i had an oil leak. Then it was my transmission. Was told it couldn't be why the check engine light was on. Lone and behold it was exactly why my check engine light was on. With Ken gone this place is falling apart. Staff is very young and unfortunately an inexperienced group. Need some more experienced staff that is familiar with Evap systems and how they work! Ps...oil wouldn't be leaking with the rack and pinon. That would be power steering fluid. Guess being a mechanics daughter saved me in this situation. Oh and the whole no spots in my driveway!

This shop had unforseen circumstances, most businesses have had, which have now been rectified. This is a very good place to service your car, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend!!!
