Linds who works collections has the WORST attitude. My girlfriend had her on speaker phone and I couldn’t BELIEVE the way she was taking to a customer!! Smart remarks just nasty rude shouldn’t be in any position for customer service. She was absolutely awful

I know you probably see stories all the time about members, but I have been a part of CEFCU for a long time, and as a disabled person I have never had more helping, caring people, Ellen in the loan department to the people who established a loan to the people who open my savings and checking to the people who help me with my small business thank you Ellen when above and beyond, Whitney on the calls even when I was up sent crying because I was confused they were all so kind thank you.

CEFCU has to be the scummiest credit union in the country. I had went -$8 in my checking account (despite signing up for overdraft protection) and CEFCU charged me a $30 overdraft fee. What kind of institution charges a $30 overdraft fee?? 0/10 would not recommend.

What a low life Credit Union!!!!!!!! The United States Government has enacted The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act . This Credit Union doesn't care, they tack on Late Fee's to Mortgages even though we are enduring a Global Pandemic of the like's this world has never seen! Try to get a Professional response via email, forget it, unprofessional Collections Employee that can't even write a professional proper polite response to emails to a Credit Union Member of 20+ years. As soon as I am able to pay off my Mortgage I am done with this Credit Union!

Came to this branch for a vehicle loan. Don’t depend on getting a loan with them. Even if you have a co-signer with phenomenal financial stability. Even if you had a past loan that was paid on time every month. Somehow still couldn’t manage to be approved for the loan amount I had before. Don’t recommend CEFCU for any financial aspects. Penalize the poor and don’t give them a chance.

I have been a member at CEFCU for 26 years. They used to have great service and rates, never had any problems until now. Seems they no longer care about their members. I am really disappointed in the service I have received lately, I even sent in an email about some of my issues since they could not be resolved over the phone. They responded saying that they reached out to so and so (The lady's I spoke with) and they said they had already discussed the issue with me. That was it, nothing more. I am moving my business elsewhere and would strongly suggest to anyone that they consider a different credit union. Its really sad when a business gets to the point that they do not care or feel the need to resolve a long term customers problems.

Always a welcoming smile & personalized service. A team of professionals in a consistently warm member-friendly atmosphere, regardless of whether going to the drive-thru or walk-in teller, meeting/consultation or phone/email correspondence, they've continued to purvey very knowledgeable facts to continuously renew my confidence in CEFCU.

I'm so about to switch banks. Apparently there's no such thing as overdraft protection. I asked. Also went over by 12$ but since it was two purchases they charged me 60$ even though I made sure it was positive when I went to bed. They refuse to do anything. I'm looking around at different banks.

Outstanding people to deal with. I have many accounts with them and a home loan. They do a tremendous job supporting local charities too.
