Completely ghosted me, at least have the courtesy to get back at me.Totally unacceptable, switched to Fidelity, wanted to stay local with Schwab , but I’m sure I’m making the correct choice?

My husband and I just received the most outstanding, selfless service from the people at this Charles Schwab office. We have a self-managed Charles Schwab account because it's something I enjoy doing and I'm fairly experienced at it but was running into a problem with getting an early pension benefit transferred into an IRA on my own. Without a moment's hesitation, when I called to see if there was any way they could help, they jumped right in and made it happen. I thought for sure I would be met with resistance since I don't technically work with the people in that office. They even went out of their way to send an email with more explanation on how my husband and I could have our online accounts set up better so we each could see all of the accounts. They are definitely living and working the motto "service above self"!

Never have to worry about your financial consultant being honest and doing things with your best interest at Heart.I know that Gary is required by law to do things in your best interest but also his character is beyond reproach and I am so happy to have my money with Schwab because Schwab is so economical -and with Gary helping me manage it. highly recommended so you can sleep at night
