I just want to say thank you so very much for only having one branch and ATM in all of the Peoria, Pekin, East Peoria area. I'm being sarcastic I'm over this level of service. Photo from a Sunday afternoon at 4pm.

I drove 40 minutes 3 times to the Chase Peoria IL agency to open an account for my 14 year old daughter. But they didn't help me because I arrived 20 minutes before the agency closed. The customer service people were talking and making jokes with each other and they didn't help me, they told me to come back another day. If the agency closes at 5pm and stops serving at 4:40pm, why don't they change the schedule? As a customer I felt trampled by their negligence. The bank has all the information about me and my daughter to be able to make the change from a child account to a teenager account.

Went to cash a check they said I had to get another check issued because my last name was spelled wrong I went got another check issued went back and then they told me it was too much money to cash banks are terrible I’d never bank here …

It is worth noting that the week of September 16, 2024, Chase does not have a single drive-through ATM functioning in the entire city. They hitched their wagon as tenants to a building (downtown Peoria) with an owner who doesn’t make repairs — and now the bank is GONE — and the Knoxville location ATM is broken, AND the bank tellers inside are not open until 9am, when first shift is already at work? It seems Chase has an inability to be reliable in Peoria, these days…

I've been in this location only a handful of times but I usually get very good service and Bankers that seem to know what's best for my visit needs through professionalism!!

My mom passed away 2 weeks ago. She was a Chase customer, I am not. I went to the Peoria branch after a bad experience with a rep at the Moline branch. Nancy and Jared at Peoria were amazing!! They helped me with moms account. They are very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable people. And they truly care about people, even when they aren't Chase customers.
