There are always issues with having an accurate price before checkout so we always ask before hand if it's a drink from the machines. We specifically asked how much a certain size cup was for a slushy to make sure we got it for .79 cents. We get up to the register and the other employee Caria said it's 2.59, I told her that the other worker specifically said to use this cup, and Caria responded by saying well she's not a manager so it doesn't matter if she .79 cents, it is 2.59. The other employee came over and said she did tell us that price and it's her fault, so I asked Caria if she would make an exception since we specifically asked how much it was and had been told a different price, she said no it's 2.59, she wasn't nice about it and was mad I even asked. It was frustrating because it's not like you can dump the slushy back in the machine and say nevermind. So we definitely will not be spending anymore money at this location.

Tried to get cigarettes at 1:50 am and the doors were locked. Thought this place was open 24 hrs. I see 2 employees inside that need to take a break…together?!?! Ridiculous!! I went to another place on the way home and the cigarettes were cheap and will never go back to this Circle K again. Way to lose a regular customer boys!!

I came to Circle K about 12:30 in the morning and to get a pack of cigarettes the cashier did not give me my cigarettes which I didn't notice until I got home I came back to Circle K mind you I was taking a cab both times I got there about 1:00 a.m. the doors were locked and nobody would answer nobody would answer the phone we knocked for about 10 minutes other people were out there trying to get in nobody would answer it's ridiculous the way this night shift is this isn't the first time that they have closed in the middle of the night with no signage or anything I used to manage a gas station and I would definitely fire that whole night crew it's ridiculous and every time you complain about something you never hear back from the manager or the owner or anybody in charge

2:15am on Thurs. Sept 7th 2023, the gas station attendee/cashier is in the store and has had the doors locked for about 20 mins. Multiple customers have come and gone.One guy said she told him shes on break. Now I haven't worked for Circle K since about 2015, but I don't ever recall graveyard shift allowing breaks and shutting down the store to do so. But... maybe I'm wrong.Or maybe you need to hire two people to work this shift if they are gonna be taking breaks.

Every time around 230 to 3am I try to stop doors are always locked. And someone is inside doing something. I knock on glass and they don't acknowledge im there. It's annoying and maybe they shouldn't have lights on if not 24 hours

This place is horrible. Nobody wants to pick up the garbage outside. Nobody wants to order any. Red Bull lotto ticket checker never works supervisor needs replaced.

Ive been coming here every day for nearly two years. I am fed up and do not plan to walk back into this location and spend one more cent. My reasons for a terrible review? Constant new employees. Instead of making tea for customers it's always one excuse after another. Today, they were leaking. . all of them?!?! Possible, although I strongly doubt it. Another reason I'm fed up with this location . . They want you to produce your ID over and over. Its absurd. I but lotto, you scan my ID. I come back in to collect winning ones, you don't recognize me from 2 minutes ago, and need my ID again. I forgot cigarettes, you forgot I was old enough already again. Ive been asked for my ID 3 times in one setting. I'll take my business to a business with compitent employees, that don't play this ridiculous game. Last, you can stand in line at times, and they will carry on conversations with co workers and ignore you as if you aren't there. I was hoping things would get better, but the only way to get a better outcome, is to quit patronizing this location.

I went in there to use the atm. I got a fountain drink so I can get change. It looked super sketchy, but I just watched someone else get one. I get a root beer, pay for it, get my change, and leave. Even I taste my drink it's taste like mop water and soda put together. The dude just watched me get that drink and let me pay for it, knowing the machine didn't work.... trash
