Some of the clerks are very hostile and thin skinned. I have seen things escalate over and over with other customers and personally myself. It's like the "soup natzi" episode of Seinfeld. It only takes one dysfunctional employee to poison everyone else. I'm going to avoid the store I guess.

Just moved here. Most of the staff is pleasant. Yesterday there was an overcharge by a clerks mistake.I live locally and just moved here. Called back when I realized I was overcharged by approximately 10 dollars. The clerk decided to escalate this in a manner I find as an attack on my reputation over a petty mistake she made.I hope this gets resolved today and I will be asking Corp for a gift card for my troubles.

Love this Circle K. Great people always clean. They get lines all the way to the coolers sometimes but they always knock the lines down pretty quick.

Just moved back to the area and stopped in for the first time in a few years. For the most part, it's your typical convenience store. Usual fare (limited food items due to COVID), good selection of snack foods, polar pops, coffee, ample beer & liquor all with good prices. You know the place - it's a Circle K. This used to be my favorite of the Circle K chain. It used to have a very friendly atmosphere, very clean, bright, and very comfortable. The cashiers were amazing (props to Lauren, Tammy, Donnie & Chelsea - sadly no longer there)! Always (seemed) happy to see you, truly treated us all well. The manager (I forgot his name ) seemed to care about not only his store, but his employees and customers too. All in all, it seemed like a great group who really enjoyed their jobs. Sadly, I do realize these are mostly minimum wage jobs, and I don't expect people to be there for ever. But something's changed, I'm not sure if it's the people or something else. The few times I've been here since coming home there's always a line, and usually only one person working (at 7 on a Friday night!). It's more cluttered than it used to be, they no longer have Shell brand fuel, the store & parking lot have almost a "dirty" feel to them, and worst it no longer has the welcoming atmosphere it once had. They only seem to want to get you in and out - yes that is their job, but the personal touches make the experience. Both the new manager (red headed lady) and the employees seem to be annoyed every time someone comes in the door. The other day I stopped by coming into town, and the manager and cashier were openly talking (and not in a flattering way) about another employee. Then, coming back thru on the way home stopped for cigarettes and the employee was bad mouthing the manager to a customer, then she proceeded to make fun of the customer with the other employee after he left. Yes, all this in front of other customers, too! Like I said, it's a decent Circle K. I hope they get back on the customer service hospitality wagon because honestly, we can get our fountain sodas and Newports somewhere else unless they give us a reason to come back.

Just went to get gas and told the man 4 on pump two yes only 4. He must of misunderstood me because in the middle of my husband pumping he said how much I said 4 he said hes already at 13 and all we had to oir name was 5 bucks until tomorrow. Mind you these pumps are pre paid his mistake and was going to have. the nerve to threaten with the police if not paid. Thankfully a woman bless her heart paid for it.
