Went to pick up apartment key and it was closed. :-( changing my review because they called me just as soon as they got back from lunch and I was able to pick up my key... No other hassles.

I have a great experience with Core 3 Anything that I have a problem with that need to be fixed they come out they fix it. This is the best experience that I ever had since I lived in Peoria.
