Great experience overall. Tabitha G is a person I strongly suggest for just about anything you need done whether explain your plan, upgrading your phone or fixing any issues. Tabitha definitely puts the time in effort making sure your experience is what you want. She was great and deserves recognition!

My phone was not getting calls for over a week. Everything else worked just fine. I called customer service and they told me it would take 3-5 days for someone to call me back to troubleshoot my phone. So I went in to this store and saw Lexie. Within 5 minutes she was able to fix my phone. My call forwarding was turned on somehow and she was able to fix it almost immediately. Customer service was trying to get me to buy a new SIM card rather than try to actually help me. I would highly recommend Lexie at this store. She was SO nice and friendly and super knowledgeable. 5 stars for sure! Thanks Lexie!!

Went into Cricket due to having complications with one of my apps and I could not get in there and Lexie was very helpful. Her attitude was excellent. She is very respectful. She is a go getter and did not stop helping me until the goal was achieved. This is not her first time being very great to me her customer service is very appreciative. I recommend that store and most of all I recommend her. Go Lexie. She is definitely one of a kind

Lori worked with me and she was absolutely phenomenal. In fact, she has made me seriously debate changing from Metro. She was very friendly and we even talked about mutual acquaintances lol! Overall, I had a wonderful experience.
