Krista at the Peoria (Lake St. location) was wonderful to work with. She showed us multiple units and we were happy to secure a storage unit that met our needs. Regarding the facility… modern, clean and secure. Very happy.

I appreciate the fact that I could complete the entire process online, and then go straight to my unit. A follow up call by the employee working at the facility was nice too to make sure I didn’t have any questions. I also thought the price was reasonable.
