If I could give no stars I would!!!! African American lady pharmacist is so rude. Try to ask about a prescription and act like see don't want to talk to or do her job. Unbelievable!!! Never had someone talk to me so rude. I will be calling CVS pharmacy headquarters. Left message and nobody will call you back. Can't talk to anyone. Just ridiculous!!!! š”

Awful pharmacy. If you get a perscription sent there you will have to wait at least 3 days from the time they send it in to pick it. I guess they must actually cook all that in the back from scratch or something

You need a parking maid or simply tell drivers in line for the drive through to stop blocking others from leaving. Train your employees to do other than laugh and shrug their shoulders. This is an example why a lot of places are closing doors.

Pharmacy employee rude and dismissive. Insisted she was ājust helpingā but didnāt actually listen to the question. Hung up on me before all questions were answered.
This was my second interaction with an employee there. The first time was just as bad, as they didnt want to help me and tried to push the problem off onto the store when it was a pharmacy problem to solve.

I switched to CVS from Walgreens bc it's right next to my house. Switched back within an hour. Can't call the store or talk to ANYONE????? After you put my prescription on hold for NO REASON. App says call store, but the store doesn't even ring, just straight to voicemail and no one ever calls back? Okay.

Wow! JENNIFER in the pharmacy who looked like she was a pharmacist was the rudest person I have EVER dealt with at Peartree. I have been coming to this pharmacy over 20 plus years and have never been treated like that.

The WORST female pharmacist named Jennifer. Thinks she can speak to customers however she feels. I would be embarassed to have her working for my company. I will be switching pharmacies and won't be returning. I suggest finding a different pharmacy as well.
Shaniqua the manager handled the situation the best she could and was apologetic for Jennifer's behavior.
