I scheduled an appointment. My appointment started late was cut off early. She said to me you must be hungry or getting hangry. I replied with no. The beginning of my appointment she looked at my vision board on Pinterest mind you very visible. She brought me the complete opposite.. I wasn’t asked to go look at the dresses to pick myself at all. One of my bridesmaids finally got up and went and talked to her and she started helping get dresses and the lady was not a fan of that gave attitude about my mom and one of my bridesmaids helping I then asked about sleeve and an open back I was brought 1 dress with sleeves I told her what I didn’t like never got another dress with long sleeves and never got one with an open back it was 15 minutes till my appointment was over when she said you are probably hungry or getting hangry. Then wanted me to come back after all this. I have been there many times in the past for different things and after this experience I will never step foot in there again and will never recommend to anyone either. A bride to be she never experienced this.

Absolutely terrible! The black lady assigned to both my fitting & my bridesmaids fitting was horrible. Extremely rude. Acted like she honestly didn't even want to be there. Not personal. Extremely rushed. Not good at listening to what we wanted. Very heavy handed not caring if she was hurting you. I let with no dress. Was told I my hour was up she had other things to do. Yet store was almost empty. I spent almost 45 mins of the hour trying to find a size that fit me. Every one she gave me was so small it wouldn't even come together. She just had an attitude that she didn't care. I'm highly disappointed in this store. I drove 2hours to get there, some of my wedding party drove 6 hours. We are disappointed and will never return or recommend David's bridal peoria to anyone! Do better! It's supposed to be a fun happy time I shouldn't be upset and in tears. So guess back to square one trying to figure out we're to go. Oh and my bridesmaids needed all different sizes to try on but she said they literally didn't have but 3 of the 8 sizes we needed. So how are people to know what fits if you don't even carry it in store to try on. Ridiculous!

Trinity was great and very attentive. Gave good advice. However, once I got the dress home, I just never felt good in it. When I finally decided it wasn’t the dress for me it was unfortunately outside of the 30 days return policy and the store refused to take it back. They were not willing to work with me at all. I am very disappointed with David’s Bridal.

$241 for alterations on a $300 dress, that included it being steamed and pressed. Dress had MORE wrinkles than when I left it. I was told it was supposed to look that way! Creases all down the skirt? All over the bust?

The website doesn’t specify needing an appointment so we drove 2 hours to come to the Peoria store and at the door they said “well we prefer you have an appointment so we can help you better” which I understand but I feel the website should specify that then. Other than that, everyone was super helpful and kind!

Me and my bridal party came in today to shop for dresses and Mary helped us. She was fantastic! She was very patient with our party and didn't mind the toddler. We didn't feel rushed and she was very friendly and fun to work with. Mary did a fantastic job!
