I was in the process of closing on a new house in Louisville, Kentucky and got rear-ended by some lady in town. The folks at D’s pulled out all the stops and managed to get my car done in two weeks (a week and a half ahead of schedule), so I wouldn’t have to make a return trip to Peoria to pick up the car. They were communicative, friendly, and very helpful. It’s not often that you feel like a business really cares about you as person. These guys did.

D’s Auto Body was fantastic to work with! They were incredibly communicative through the whole process and genuinely invested in getting my car back to me as quickly as possible, even while dealing with some insurance delays that were out of their control. The staff was professional, friendly, and clearly cared about doing the job right. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants both quality work and honest customer service.
Michael was awesome to work with and I appreciate the communication throughout this process. Michael made sure that everything was correct for my vehicle.

D's is awesome! Dwayne buffed off the scratches and even gave it a shine, and didn't even charge me! They saved me thousands, as Caliber collision wanted 5000!! If I do need body work in the future, I'm going to D's and if you want top notch work without being gouged, you go see them too!

They had to install a brand new OEM bumper on my truck when went to pick up it was an inch crooked. They tried to fix it broke the bumper ordered a new one said it was done. Went to pick it up they have broke a piece of plastic trim and was going to let it leave like that. I do order more trim. Told them I wanted the old bumper they lost it never put back on my license plate cover. Had the truck for 14 days for a 2-day bumper install. Make sure you check your stuff before you drive it off the lot they will definitely push out poor quality.

they do great work, but any kind of followup is nonexistent, don't return phone calls, been waiting for followup on a piece of trim for over a month

Justin at D's Paint and Body on Pioneer Parkway truly cares about the customer. My truck has sentimental value, it was my grandfathers' who has passed away. So i care a lot for it. Recently, an incident happened that scratch up a large section of the rear of the truck, i was devastated. I took it to D's to get one of the experts to see if the damage was reversible. Justin took the time to review the damage, give me his professional opinion and even made time to fix the scratches at that present time!
Justin went above and beyond his requirements as an employee and for that i will be forever grateful. Justin at D's Paint & Body Shop will always have my business. Thank you Justin!!!

Worst’s experience of my life awful work car was painted 3 times broken parks interior trashed then the car broke down had to be towed multiple times and stuck with a 1700.00 repair bill on top of the thousands it cost me already! Had car over 120 days!Services: Painting

The carlooked great on the outside when we picked it up...4 weeks after the promised due date. The inside was filthy, the car had a dead battery and all tires were low. The rear driver side that was repaired didn't have a working turn signal. Terrible customer service experience.Services: Painting
