Disappointing men's shoe collection. Only 2 or 3 short rows of men's shoes compared to the 15 or so for women's. Also, I only saw their semi-annual sale for women's shoes. There were no sales for mens shoes. There were only 10 or so selections for men's dress shoes and not in my size.

Bought two pairs of shoes on their recent promo, buy one get one half off. Unfortunately the second pair was the wrong size. It said 12 on the box, shoes were actually 13. I had to drive back rhe following day to make the return. They had no size 12 available for that shoe, so I ended up returning them, resulting in me paying full price by losing out on the promo that brought me there in the first place. Never shopping at DSW again. This was 100% their fault, and should have been handled better by DSW.

I am always impressed by the incredible variety of shoes at DSW. The selection is extensive, offering countless options to suit every need and style. Whether I'm looking for casual sneakers, cute sandals or comfortable boots, I always find exactly what I need. DSW truly caters to all customers with its diverse range of choices. Highly recommended for anyone who loves having plenty of options when it comes to footwear!

Great selections. Some prices were a little high. The staff were busy stocking shelves and working the register, at no time were we approached and offered assistance in the store while browsing for over an hour to find the best pair of shoes. They were friendly to us at the register.

It's ok. Well organized, great selection, easy to get to, lots of parking. Clean with lots of clear light to help you determine the color of the shoes. Most of the shoes I looked at were cheaply made with a not so cheap price. We didn't buy any shoes this trip but did get some bling for my crocks.

I purchased two pair of shoes this evening that amounted to 136. 00 $ plus . After making purchase the young man at the register slid my two boxes towards me and said there you go, ! I'm thinking, wait no sack to put and carry them??? I said could I have a bag?? He says oh, we don't have any....REALLY?!! I just spent 136.00 $ and I don't even get a bag to help carry the two bulky boxes in while I finish my shopping elsewhere!' Wow!' No good!!Went across to shop at Old Navy and an employee came up to me and kindly offered me a bag!! Sh said this has happened frequently!! Again, Wow!'B. Martin

Was disappointed to see that they closed the doors at 7:15pm when the hours on the door and website says open til 8pm.
