Service was decent, staff friendly. I would say this location is in severe need of some exterior landscaping. When pulling up I thought it might be permanently closed. Weeds for days, medians look horrible, front entry is all overgrown. Not what I was expecting when shopping at a store with dining chairs that cost $1000 each. Floor samples not very discounted. I’d say not nearly as good of value compared to Arhaus, RH, etc.

Susan is wonderful to work with! She has helped us choose pieces that fit our style and budget, and has helped coordinate new items with existing furniture and decor. She is so friendly and accommodating - highly recommend Ethan Allen and Susan!

They might have a great selection but when they charge 299.00 to deliver in Peoria. I had to walk out. They say they have a 2nd party delivering. They better find another company to deliver.In

Carrie made our shopping experience at Ethan Allen exceptional. She was very helpful in the design process and found the answers to all of our questions. She created multiple 3D renderings for us and helped us select furniture that perfectly matched our style. We appreciated her patience while we decided which pieces to purchase. Carrie's professionalism and warmth made the process enjoyable, so much that I keep ordering from her!

Designer, Carrie Campbell, provided excellent service in Peoria, IL. My project was an art wall for my dining room. Her selections went perfectly with the decor in my home. She went above and beyond by finding deals and coming to my home for consultation and then arrangement. Her design expertise, personality and enthusiasm for her job made it a fun experience. I highly recommend Carrie and will return to her for other home projects.

Susan Knox is wonderful to work with! She is very knowledgeable. She understands budgets so you can do things in steps and she will help you do that. It's wonderful to work with Susan at Ethan Allen. Gorgeous Design Center full of furniture, accessories, wallpaper, window treatments, rugs, and art. They even have beautiful fabrics by the yard! The designers are professional and talented, and I enjoyed their complimentary design services.

Overpriced and poor customer service. I think Ethan Allen is not what it used to be. I usually use Restoration Hardware but tried something different this time. The furniture was not durable (started wearing after 2-3 years) and the store was not helpful when I told them about this. The designer was fine but certainly not the best I’ve worked with. I expected more for the price.

Ethan Allen offered us the ONLY solution to our decorating problem (replacing a traditional sofa in a small space) that I was able to find ANYWHERE--thanks to ubiquitous faddism --and our decorator was top notch!
