I was looking for something different instead of just going to the gym and doing my same routine and I found it! I love these classes and Mike is always mixing it up. Classes are great for anyone and he can modify to your fitness level!

Great class! Great instructor - highly recommend everyone give this a try. I love that the class allows me to push my limits and is always challenging.
