“Got an appointment super fast. Unheard of these days. Allison was so helpful and friendly. I dont get these bad reviews. She got us the hookup with our Medicare and Medicaid benefits. She literally bent over backwards to help us. The whole building was clean, nicely decorated, the lobby is big and welcoming and those handicap doors can't be beat. Dr. Warren was very honest in her assessment even though she recommended we go to OSF for our care. That speaks volumes to me about caring for someone's health over profits. Too bad we're so sick.”
