Don't bother to call. The phone system won't let you talk to this location. Tracking system updated at their leisure. Have to drive there to find your package.

I had a very personal health item shipped here since I wouldn’t be home. After lots of confusion and 45 minutes of them telling me it wasn’t there and me call everyone, I insisted it was there. Finally found, the employees saw what it was and laughed (not in a nice way) and said “Well now I know why she was panicking”…never apologized for the confusion of taking 45 minutes to find it…and then acting like it was a joke. I’ll never use this place again.

The place itself is great. I definitely don't like the new automated answering system. There is just something nice about talking to another person. Today is Black Friday. I just wanted to check to see if they'd be open all day. Couldn't get through to speak to a person and ask. Very disappointing.

Always used them for years for my copying of large quantities. Today I dropped off some work to be copied. Told them it didn't have to be today. I can come back later, just call when completed. They called back today and said it was ready to pickup. I said great, have to come back to peoria later tonight. She informed me if I pickup today, there will be a priority charge of an additional $15. But, I could pickup after today, then the charge will not be applied.This Is ridiculous. This has never happened in past years. And if they were so busy then why did they have it done today? ? Especially when I told her I did not need it copied today that I could come back later... But since I was coming to Peoria again later this evening. It would save a trip. So someone that wants to pick up an order that's ready and particularly told them it didn't need to be done today. So there rules is anything that is brought in the same day and done the same day and picked up is A priority even though you told them it did not need to be done today and I would come back later. Obviously, they are losing business, because they had no other work to do but mine. So now, it's done before she wanted it, we are going to charge her additional $15.

No way possible AT ALL to get ahold of a human through their ridiculous phone system. Paid for an order online that led me to a blank page, received no email confirmation, yet the money was still taken out of my account. FedEx bout to lose me as a print customer.

Employee forgot to cross out old labels on the box and put my shipping label on somebody else's package. My item came back to me via UPS and the company that should have received it instead was delivered a random package from another customer.Will update after resolution.

Wonderful staff! Anthony and Dan were awesome and super helpful! I had a major meeting and had a bunch of last minute items to print and they were able to rush my items. Thank you gentlemen!

I never write reviews, but after my experience with one particular FedEx employee i felt compelled to write a review. I utilize FedEx quite frequently for my business needs and Alexis in Peoria is the best FedEx employee I have encountered. She is they type of person that brightens your day and has amazing energy. Alexis is super helpful and deserves a good review!! Thank you, Alexis!

Melissa was very helpful and they have everything on site to package things for shipping. There was no line to wait in and she helped me pack my item to ship to Italy. She was very patient with all if my questions. Plus this location is close to the highway and easy to get to.

By saying that I had to go through the worst customer service, is an understatement. Ather being totally humiliated by the clerk, I learned my lesson. I'm done with FedEx and I will continue my shipping service with UPS.

I had to go back in because I made a mistake when sending a package and Alexis and the rest of the staff were very nice and understanding. A staff member with I think purple hair remembered me from earlier and got my package quickly.
