Customer service was great. Was well informed and wait time was good. The issue I had with car wasn't what was fixed. However that wasn't found they showed me a bent tie rod. That did explain why my car went to right and it no longer does so that job was done correctly and it feels better to drive. I would recommend and will be back.

Had an appointment for 4pm. At 5:15, when nothing was happening with my car, I asked how much longer. She was not pleasant so I asked for my keys and left. Why take appointments if you just ignore them??

The representative cheated me for $117 for thorough diagnosis of traction control system for indicator light on. I did not find any thing in the diagnosis document whereas it is been charged me. I paid in hurry and observed it later, I will never ever visit Firestone 1601 Knoxville Ave business unit again or recommend anyone.

I came in on Tuesday to make an appointment for Thursday @11am. I arrived early , handed my keys to the woman at the desk. She told me it should only take a few hours (only needed diagnostic check).
I call at 3 just to check , i was then told they just brought my car in doors and that I'll be able to get it before closing by the same lady (they close at 7).
I arrived at 630pm only to see 1 person in the whole building, I asked about my car and the guy told they never got to look at my car because they're short staffed and the others might have just overlooked it. I asked for my keys and left.
I understand if you're short handed but don't lie to me about the status of my vehicle I entrusted to your care.

I would give negative stars if I could! My father and husband called to get a new tire through them and we were told by a woman that they had 3 in stock and they could have it done by Sunday afternoon/late morning. We immediately dropped off the old tire and rim as soon as we could. Come Sunday (today), my father calls them and they say “oh yes the tire will be done in 15 minutes.” While my father is on his way, they call my husband (who wasn’t with my father at the time) and said that they can’t find the tire that the woman told him they had 3 of in stock! Mind you, they didn’t tell my father any of this and he was already on his way from Farmington! I’m just glad my father didn’t pay for the service yet! WILL NEVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING AGAIN!

John was so helpful! As a woman, I am often fearful seeking auto repair, that I will be taken advantage of and/or treated like I am stupid. John was respectful and assuring that my concerns were reasonable. He got us on our way quickly! Highly Recommend!!

I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday afternoon for new tires. I dropped the truck off and they said it’d be ready either that evening or the next day. Sunday morning, we spoke to them and they said it’d be ready in an hour or so. They then called an hour later and said the mechanic never showed up so they wouldn’t finish it until Monday. I will never take my vehicle to them again. I ended up picking up the truck since I had work Monday and needed it. Don’t recommend.

This place has horrible costumer service, put the complete wrong tire on my car then decided to tell me it was my problem. Only thing positive was the manager from another location.

My daughter was traveling from peoria to st.louis and her tire was losing air, she called at 3:30 and said she could get there in 15 minutes, they told her no they lock the doors at 3:45. Really sad to know they'd rather leave a 25yr female stranded on a hwy instead of maybe working 5 minutes late to throw a tire on. DO BETTER!!!!
Thank you to the complete stranger who pulled over and lead her to his small repair shop and helped her get back on her journey.

Take your vehicle elsewhere! Came in for a motor mount replacement which wasn't addressed properly; waited on parts, wrong parts installed, two and a half days and $700 later it wasn't correct. Various excuses and poor communication skills. This place is awful.

Although extremely busy, I was able to get my vehicle in as scheduled. Everyone was helpful, informative, professional and seemed to be in a good mood. The experience made me want to purchase tires from there, and I’m 99% certain that when I do buy tires, it will be from Firestone on Knoxville in Peoria

Called around 4 PM as I noticed my tire was flat leaving work. Bella got me in immediately. She helped me pick out a new tire and was so kind. Had a new tire is less then 30 minutes !
