I have been using Freedom Ink for a couple months now and Sam is an EXCEPTIONAL artist. He goes above and beyond with his work.
While being there I have seen some amazing tattoos by all the artist.

Went for a girls weekend to Peoria. Walked in with a few basic ideas and within an hour we were out. Ezra was fantastic and very personable! It's now the next morning and there's no redness or soreness. Will definitely be back again!

Tim will be missed... Zack is doing a fantastic job with the shop... I have tattoo from every person in the shop and stood in line at 7am for the tim fundraiser. josh did the flash I got that day... it's my fav place to get ink done

After a lifetime of saying “never, not me” I had a YOLO moment when my girls and our wonderful Peoria friend decided to get matching humming bird tattoos to commemorate our trip (we’re from the UK). I figured the time was right and decided to join them. Terry was great. Gave me every chance to back out, talked me through the whole thing, started with the little lines to get me used to it before going for the longer ones. I was fascinated and watched the whole thing. The pain was negligible and now, 3 weeks later I still love my little bird, and he is perfectly done with clear and graceful lines.
The place itself was very hygienic and you could tell they take their business seriously. The guys themselves were respectful and just lovely, and made the whole thing an unforgettable experience. Thanks!

I went in with my sister as a walk-in, and Sam was AMAZING! Not only did he draw up an original for me—It was my fourth tattoo, however it was behind my ear and I was a little nervous. He was very reassuring and by the time he got started on the tattoo I realized I had nothing to worry about! I’m beyond grateful for the results, I love it! An amazing 21st bday experience. The tattoo I just got done here was my second-ever tattoo and my first one here. The artist, Zach, did a few iterations of my idea and was happy to change a few things when I realized, "I know I said (this), but I think I mean (that)."
I was intimidated going in because I thought I might feel like a rookie. (My first tattoo was ages ago.) No need to worry. The staff answered all my questions politely and fully, and they were fun to talk to during the tattoo.
Everything looked super clean, like a nice dentist's office level of hygiene and tidiness. Much cooler wall art and relaxed atmosphere than at the dentist tho.
The tattoo is healing well and I love it, wouldn't change a thing.
