“Where do I begin? MY Aunt Reba passed away in Peoria and we live in Lawrenceville, GA. Aunt Reba had a credit with Wilton, and we started communications for cremation services. Jessica was so patient, understanding, helpful with products, ordering the products, dealt with the care facility to get funds transferred, spoke with Springdale Cemetery for options, and everything in between.
Tiffani then starts to assist with the service folders, obituary posting, etc. She was so kind, caring, efficient, and engaging, just the same.
Today, my Mother picked up Aunt Reba's remains, and Tiffani was there with hugs. It was bittersweet because all was final, and I will miss conversating with her and Jessica. I will always recommend Wilton's, these two awesome, community servants did a fantastic job for the Neely-Norton family, and they will stay in my heart all the way in Georgia.
Jessica and Tiffani, I miss you both already!! The world is a better place because of you both.
