The technicians were very kind and helpful to myself and my Autistic, adult son. They were able to begin transferring his photos/ videos onto an external hard drive. We're going to pick it up soon.

Trying to actually speak to a person at the store over the phone is not possible. You will call the local Peoria Illinois number which actually goes to a nationwide call center, in my experience with this i got someone who i could not understand, language barrier. I asked to be transferred to speak to someone at the actual store and could not. I hung up and they lost business.

Had to get a battery replacement on my laptop due to issues it was having.Had to ship it off to a repair center and got it back within just over a week! :DAlong with the repair, they went above and beyond and the laptop was thoroughly cleaned; which was appreciated

If I could give this zero stars then I would. Had to drop off my husbands iPhone to be repaired per Apple. Will NEVER do it again. Worst communication and customer service of my life. After spending 8 hours on the phone with Geek Squad and Apple this week because we had no communication on the phones status and it was gonna for well over the 3 days that Dalton told us it would be, we had to threaten calling the police and filing a report for a stolen phone before we got a tracking number that it was sent to California. They offered no loaner and no details. We were going to buy a burner phone when we found out the phone was magically back in Peoria and ready. We’ll insist Verizon send us a new phone before ever doing that again. The Geek Squad was rude, condescending and refused to give us any update. Poorly played Best Buy. You lost a customer for life! Hopefully more people follow me
