~Accurate and updated on my prescription.~ I've been a customer since the closing of Bogart Drug Store on Western Avenue at the bottom of Western Avenue.~ I love that I can call in my medication refill~ the pharmacy facilitates on my behalf if my doctor(s) need to approve prior refills or medication changes..~ the staff are courteous and friendly and helpful~ the place is clean and offer over the counter medicine~ I love the fact that I can pick up meds and verification is required.~Cash and/or credit card for non prescription~ My insurance company covers my prescription for Free

I used to come here. But no longer offer Compounding services, I am happy we still have Preckshot Compounding Pharmacy in Peoria who are amazing! Good luck to you all!

I have waited for my prescription to be filled for 2 weeks now to no avail. I called my Dr and told them to switch to another pharmacy and it took 5 minutes at the new pharmacy. I am not coming back. I see a lot of the same stories in the reviews ,this is sad because I prefer to do business locally not with box stores but I need my medicine.

Used to be a good pharmacy, but lately my husband's medications are WEEKS late! It takes three days just for them to acknowledge my script and then delivery is another week or two. So disappointed

Unbelievably bad customer service, regularly. Always a problem. Dr called in prescription 2 weeks ago, app request a week ago, message left 3 days ago. No reply to anything. Talked to pharmacist yesterday, guaranteed done today. Called today, no answer and on hold for 45 minutes. Show up, nothing started. 45 minutes later, still waiting. This has been the norm.

I used to have a really great experience with receiving my medication on time. However, after a few phone calls and saying it’s the shipping company, who’s at fault . The medication that I need, is to help sustain my pregnancy, hasn’t arrived in over a week. I am beyond frustrated, because this medication is what helps my baby continue to grow. I have worked with them over for a year now, it’s just in the last month it’s really gone down hill.

This pharmacy is not the same as 20 years ago.They don't care about their customers,they don't answer the phone or return phone calls.Been waiting on my scripts for a week now.I ranned out waiting on them.First wakgreens,now them.This is ridiculous.i wish I could give no stars,they don't even deserve this one star.

I have been receiving my meds for over 2 years and the best delivery driver is Susan. She so nice and polite. She always asks how I am feeling. She always calls me in advance to let me know she's on her way to deliver. Thank you Ms Susan for being the best delivery driver ever you always make me smile ?

Unfortunately I've been receiving medication or monthly basis now and due to my condition I have to get it delivered. It's a delivery driver named Susan that is so awesome and helps out so much this place has done a great turnaround since the covid relief and I appreciate the help because cause the whole staff go out and beyond for there customers thank you.
