The manager on duty didn’t ask if we had any member discounts when I brought up student discount she demanded a ID or she wouldn’t give us one never been asked before for a ID prices are high especially for a store that claims to be non profit

Today I witnessed “The Manager “ pull a semi-conscious elderly employee off the floor and drag her to the back . Manager REFUSED to let a Dr,RN ,CNA near the employee. The elderly Asian cashier - fell straight back on cement floor and was unconscious for around 25 seconds . 911 was called by customer who advised to NOT MOVE the patient . The manager then told the groggy cashier to Refuse 911 .
I shop and donate a lot here - I won’t shop where employees are treated like this -
Unconscionable. 😢

They have closed the fitting rooms, and offer no returns on items that don't fit. Jeans are now $11 and many shirts cost more than new at the original retailer. It is no longer fun nor smart to shop here.

The store is ridiculously overpriced, and refuse to accept returns despite the dressing rooms, and not being open for fitting. The items are sporadically priced with no rhyme or reason and other stores in the area have significantly lower prices. Do not bother going here.

The store manager, EMMA was absolutely RUDE and IGNORANT. They overpriced a item and my ELDERLY mother asked if they could come down the young women looked rough and angry told my 60 year old mother ABSOLUTELY NOT I CANT come down on the PRICE!!! I will NEVER BE BACK , I will take my business ELSEWHERE!!!What type of business hires someone who is so rude to there customers? MAYBE SOMR TRANING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NEEDED !!

Nice place to shop. The only criticism is the generic freebreeze they spray on the clothes it can ruin some of them because you can not get the smell out no matter what you soak it in. They put way too much on the clothes it's totally unnecessary to put that much on. So after we remove the tags and wash them and soak them, there are some you can't wear because they smell like generic freebreeze so bad. I wish goodwill would stop saturating the good clothes with this stuff. Once you remove the tags and wash and soak them you can't exchange them. Please stop spraying the clothes with the toxic smell.

I love going to this store, but the prices are getting ridiculous. I've found 6 items with their price tag higher than the original price. Seriously...c'mon. A pair of dress pants with the original tag of $22.99 was priced $24.99.

Clothing prices are now too high to be donations.
some that are "brand" are much higher, even in poor condition or holes.
How can the community that cannot buy a new one acquire them, if the price is equalized as such?

Went to this store 30 minutes before they closed just to quickly browse. When entering the store a woman with blonde and red hair let out a sigh and was sure to let us know they closed in 30 min. After 15 minutes we were rushed to go pay for our two items just to wait in a line of 2 people while the cashier had a 20 minute conversation with the person in front of us. She then proceeded to tell her daughter who came in after they officially closed where some valuable items were. Will not be back to this location.

I'm surprised at the prices sometimes being they operate from donations. My sons jeans cost more than the office chair. Walmart sells brand new foe the same prices. And their getting rid of bags so you'll have to bring your own? Smh

Staff was friendly and the place was fairly clean. Unfortunately clothing sizes were somewhat disorganized so it made it difficult to find what I needed. Also very limited selection in my size (xl).

I usually have a good experience at this location and find decent to really good values. Management is a lot nicer but once again there can be an issue with staff but nothing major!! As of this writing/review..
