The Haymedows properties are not worth the low payment. Lots of big issues including mold and people smoking in their apartment to the point now where multiple tenants are having breathing issues. I have not experienced this before until this apartment and may need medical equipment now to sleep. I’ve been trying to get them to fix things since November 2023 but management does not want to spend the money.

The GRE property staff showed me unmatched hospitality and worked towards solving my problems immediately after meeting me.I moved from several states over to IL and found a GRE property as my apartment of choice. This was a huge leap and unfortunately the unit had some weather related issues and ultimately I decided that I could not move into it.Moving forward from here was confusing but the staff at GRE helped clear up everything and got me into and even better unit as fast as they could. I have never experienced such great hospitality and that alone makes me recommend them to others, the cherry on top is the quality of the unit and services they offered to get me into this new unit. I am now settled in and owe it all to the lovely staff and their dedication!

Building has a lot of maintenance issues which hardly makes it worth the cost to live there.
