Bought 3 vehicles here. 1 used 1 right off show room floor. They had they used one in shop for 2 months and supposedly couldn’t find the problem took it to another shop 20 min had it diagnosed. The brand new convertible my wife bought roof leaked took it in got told it was fixed funny first car wash and leaked worst called them was told we call and set up time to get it in and here we are 2 months in and same thing we call you. They don’t care about customers just the money.

Rubin went above and beyond with everything. I forgot my ipass in my trade in and he mailed it to me with no problem and I appreciate that. My second new truck purchase from Green and I’ll keep coming back

I arrived early to make sure my check in went smoothly and in a timely manner. I had to wait for someone for just a brief moment, before being helped. I asked if I could add on a tire rotation to my oil change as I forgot to select that option online when booking, the gentleman said yes. As the checkin continues, he was prompted to ask about my cabin filter and another filter that needed changed. I inquired about prices for both; but ultimately I went with just replacing the cabin filter for now, due to finances. I waited for the oil change to be completed along with tire rotation as asked for when arriving and for the air filter to be changed. When I got out to the car once it was complete and I paid for services I realized my tires were in fact NOT rotated, and when I turned on my blower for my air conditioner it sounded like a helicopter was taking off. A very loud hard deep hum when on full blast. I do not feel as if that is a correct sound for my vehicle to be making as it was not making that noise prior.

My brand new truck broke down and I had to take it into Green Chevrolet the shop is well put together with a motivated and a skilled team. I'll be back to get my next car pleasant experience.

Damian really helped me out. I pulled in with a fried alternator and no appt. He got me fixed up same day and back on the road. Excellent customer service and helping me out of a jam. Thanks so much! 5 star!

Very impressed with our salesman Caleb Kelso who represented Green Chevrolet very well. From the onset he was respectful of our space and interest. He let us look on our own and yet was ready when we were with answers and information about different makes and models. He worked with us, never pushing, but kept us informed of new vehicles coming in. When we were ready to buy, he was right there helping us close on the deal. He explained everything! We felt comfortable with him. Buying a new car was never easier.Thanks Caleb

I appreciate the part needing replaced was brought out for me to see, rather than just being told. That’s integrity. I know things cost a slight bit more at a dealer, but I trust bringing my car to Green Chevrolet. I brought my mom with me, and her being elderly it’s nice that seating is comfortable there for her. I also tagged you guys on Facebook because I ran into an old friend while sitting in the lobby. Reuniting old friends - an extra service at no charge. ?

My experience at Green Chevrolet was a good one. My service team member Damian kept me in the loop about everything that was going on with my car, as far as time frame for parts to come in and all the way up to when and how long they would need my car.if I didn’t live so far away, I would definitely continue to use them to service my car.

I have always paid 70.00 for my oil change since I have owned the truck. Now they told me that that the half off oil change , which was a buying point for me, was no longer is available, if I would have known this I wouldn’t have bought a truck from you. I will not come back for service or purchase ever again, I can not wait till you no longer exist as a company. This was a bait and switch deal, and hope it hurts your business for doing this to your customers .

I feel like the Green team in the service dept is not the team for me.Ive never been treated so rudely by anyone at Green until my last several visits.Damien is a superstar as far as Im concerned. He is alway use good manners and very polite. I wish I cld remember the other gentleman’s name that was very pleasant as well.Click to

I was a loyal customer for years, but I will not be back.Purchased brakes and other parts for my Escalade that they sold as lifetime warranty on the parts when I had the work done.It appears they changed the policy and now only offer one time replacement vs. lifetime. That’s fine for new parts purchased today, but they made the policy for previously purchased parts that came with a lifetime warranty and aren’t willing to honor that warranty.Brought this up to the service writer and he said he had other customers say the same thing. Sounded like they weren’t happy about it either. He’s newer and didn’t know that there was such a warranty.This new policy may save them a few dollars, but they lost me as a loyal customer. I have found an independent owner operator shop that will do that same work, offer better warranties at a fraction of the cost that Green charges. The independent operator doesn’t charge for diagnostics, which is now 160.00 at Green. I wouldn’t have even found this out if Green would have just treated me fairly. I told the underwriter this and he put his head down and walked away. Didn’t even try to help.It’s cheaper to keep existing clients than it is to pay to find new ones that are equally as loyal. The dealership has changed since the owner passed away. I will never step foot in that dealership again.If they did this to me, they will do it to others. I rarely ever post anything for reviews, but this isn’t good business practice not good customer service.Even if it’s true what the dealers response states below, this was never mentioned to me by the service writer. It’s a corporate BS response. Not to mention I paid nearly triple for the replacement due to the lifetime part warranty promise. Consumers pay more to get vehicles serviced at dealerships. These dealers are making record profits and refuse to take care of loyal customers. They even admitted to this below.Independent business owned service centers are the way to go with licensed techs. This dealership doesn’t care about you. You are a number and that’s all you’ll ever be. There are places to go with better customer service and way better prices. Like half the price and not near the attitude.

When I purchased vehicle was to get half price oil change and free tire rotation. Now you charge me for tire rotation. Seems Green Chevy doesn't keep there word. There are several dealers closer to me than Green so next time I'll be shopping aroundDon't like being lied to

I don't usually go to a dealership for my daughter's 2003 silverado, but this experience might change my mind. Because the "fix" she needed required a factory part, our regular mechanic told us it would be less expensive at a dealership. HE WAS RIGHT. My final cost was less than half what the previous mechanic had quoted me.

Ruben Ortiz was outstanding from start to finish! He is personable and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly and understandably. David was very helpful and patient with all of the paperwork. Overall, it was an excellent buying experience.

Had a terrible time with uftring, so I took it here to have it looked at again. They fixed it within a couple hours and had it to me at a relatively cheap price! Clinton was amazing, and I'd recommend this service department to anyone. Thank you!
