If you’re like me, buying a car is super nerve wrecking and I feel lost in it all, but I had the pleasure of having Jake Smith as my car salesman. He made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I didn’t expect to find my perfect fit the day I walked onto the lot. I drove a few different cars but none were quite right. He rolled up with this 2020 Subaru Outback Premium and I fell absolutely in love. Thank you for listening and giving me the best experience I’ve had at a car dealership. The entire staff was kind and fun. I highly recommend Jake through and through!

Great experience with the service team. It was a quick diagnosis on the first trip to find an electronic issue. They had to order a part and the return trip was just as easy as the first while I waited. Kevin always kept me informed and when it was time to come back for the repair. I bring a few of my vehicles there for service, Mark and the team are always helpful.

We have bought Ford vehicles from Doug Hall for over 20 years and he always takes great care of us, even long after the sale date. I have also received amazing service at the Peoria location. Bob has been the service manager for all of our vehicles (for 5+ years) and is always ready to help with a smile. They make it easy to take care of our cars. Thank you!

I brought my truck in last minute before a long trip and they were kind enough to work me into the schedule. They had me in and out in no time, and ready to be on the road for a very reasonable price. Will definitely keep servicing my pickup there.

I just purchased a Ford Maverick through Peoria Ford. I worked with David and Evan who helped make the experience exceptional. I've looked at a lot of places to purchase our Maverick and many dealerships were adding extra costs and driving up the price. I am confident that they gave me the best pricing possible, and they kept me up to date often as the truck took a while to be delivered once it was ordered. As a small business owner myself, I think it's important to recognize great people and local businesses. I'll definitely be working with them again.

I would rate this car dealership with 0 stars if I could.Their communication is absolutely horrible. I made the mistake of purchasing a 2021 Ford Explorer from them, only to discover numerous issues that they blatantly refuse to address. They have the audacity to gaslight me into believing that these problems are not there (probably because my car is under warranty). One of the most infuriating issues is the sunroof, which leaks an excessive amount of water. Their service team made a weak attempt to locate the source of the leak, putting in the absolute minimum effort.Setting aside the problems with my car, I dealt with the attitude of their service team. During my visit, I witnessed one employee openly demeaning and ridiculing another employee in front of me. The overall atmosphere seems toxic, with multiple employees appearing grumpy and unhappy in their job. It's evident that they strongly dislike working at this place.If you enjoy buying untrustworthy cars and enduring untrustworthy services, then by all means, this is the perfect place for you. However, if you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.

Had a HORRIBLE experience with the service department. I never got a single call with updates on my car until both my mother and I went to management to complain about how I was being treated. Took my car in one Monday after it wouldn’t start because it was the closest dealership as my car was still under warranty. I had to call every. Single. Day. To get updates on my car. When I finally got an update about what my car needed done, I was simply told that the part they needed would be coming in the following Monday. So I called Tuesday to see if my car was ready and it wasn’t because they had messed something up when putting it back together. I get that that happens sometimes, but I was still a little frustrated that they hadn’t called me to tell me this themselves. I call Wednesday, they said it would be done by noon that day. I get a ride to the dealership and was told that they would talk to the technicians and then they’d come find me to give me updates. I sat in their waiting room for TWO HOURS before going back to be told that my car still wouldn’t be done that day because yet again, something had been messed up when they were putting it back together. I was EXTREMELY upset and frustrated, especially since I was told it would be done and because I had to wait for 2 hours. When I told them how long I was waiting, I was told that they didn’t know I was there until I came back over to see what was going on, even though I had checked in with them, and that the guy I had talked to “was talked to” regarding this. I finally got a call the next day saying my car was finally done (the first call I got from them). I feel as though they were more dismissive with me since I am a young female who was there on my own. A few days after I got my car back, I was having the same problems yet again. Since I had so many problems with Ford of Peoria, I took my car to Uftring in East Peoria. My car needs A NEW ENGINE. I find it extremely incompetent that they could not find this problem or that nothing could’ve lead them to this. I had a call back from Uftring saying this within the day of my appointment.

They worked with me to get the best vehicle and the best payment plan possible within my budget. We would agree that this is the most friendly and and accommodating dealership that me and we have ever been in. The salesman was so good to work with and clearly made sure I got the vehicle I wanted. We will definitely recommend to others and for ourselves for a future purchase.

We saw a new 2023 Expedition online and contacted the dealership. Jake Smith in sales promptly called back and set up an appointment to see it. Looked at the vehicle late Saturday and bought and picked it up Monday afternoon. Jake was great to deal with and so was the sales manager and finance manager. It was like they were trying to please us instead of just trying to sell to us. Everything was very smooth. The dealership was first rate and they had better inventory than many others. We’ll definitely recommend to our people. Thanks! We love our new Expedition!

Jake was available when we were, even on his technical day off he still was able to provide us with exceptional service and care! I had the worst experience with Peoria Ford service department yesterday. I was told by the dealership that it was open at 7:00 AM on Saturdays on a first come first served basis. I arrived at 6:40 in a rainstorm and was first in line. At 7:00, the lights and fans came on, and I could see a guy inside walking around with a cup of coffee. At 7:15, there were about 5 people waiting with no indication that they were opening. In the rain, I went to the service door which was locked. Frustrated, I honked my horn to get the guy's attention. Still nothing. It wasn't until 7:45 that the overhead doors opened, and I was motioned in. The two guys who met me were noticeably upset. They said they didn't open until 8:00, and I told them I was given 7:00. The service manager told me that honking wasn't necessary. I asked why he didn't come outside and let me know the correct time, but he didn't want to get wet. Nevermind that I got wet trying to get in. And to make matters worse, the bill was $80.90 for an oil change and $10.00 tire rotation. No apologies were offered. Service after the sale is 90% of a dealership. Keep this in mind if you buy a vehicle from Peoria Ford.

Jake was very kind, attentive, and communicative and made things easy to understand. I really appreciated him going the extra mile by helping me get my old car back home and giving me a ride back to the dealership. It made the process so much less stressful. The other employees were friendly and it was overall a really pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
