The worst buying experience I've ever had. Had not 1 but 2 separate vanities ordered by them and they lost them both but just lied and said it was on the way. Wasted 3 weeks of my life. Do not buy online from here

I tried to return an unopened item today that we received for Christmas. My Mom bought it for us on her Home Depot credit card. The lady helping us was not friendly at all. We had the receipts, the printout from ordering, and the item was still in the Home Depot packaging from shipping to the store. When the employee scanned the item, she stated my Mom used a Paypal credit card. My Mom doesn't have a Paypal credit card. She rescanned the items and then found the right order number and everything popped up on the screen. She then acted like it was a hassle to do anything else and kept sighing like we were bothering her. Customer service in this store has gone WAY downhill. I will now use Best Buy, Amazon, or Lowe's before ordering anything from here again. It's not worth my time to be treated this way.

This Home Depot store in Peoria Illinois is absolutely fantastic the employees there are so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful all you have to do is ask for help and they will gladly help you find all your items that you were looking for and if they don't have it in stock they can order it for you
