If I wasn't paying attention to the touch screen my taxes would have been filed under the wrong social security number and I would of received 1300 dollars of some one else's money from a different state . When I noticed the mistake I was told it had to be me and had to get my social security card back out to prove it wasnt

Was recommended to Christopher by a family member. Christopher was very professional when dealing with my taxes however I feel as if he screwed me over, I am on a 1099 and after talking with my CPA this year about my taxes that were filed last year, we discovered that there were multiple errors made and I ended up paying way more than I should have. Will not be a returning customer or referring anyone to him or this location.

The operator's answering the phone are so rude and unprofessional especially Nikki and Hillary,no customer service experience or just burnt out at their job ,either way totally unacceptable , H&R Block almost lost customers because of these phone conservations

The process was quick and easy. Staff were very helpful. However, the final cost/fee for filing in person was four times the online advertised price. I would never spend over $300 to file taxes. Just make sure you ask about the additional fees on the front end.

Uses self scheduling software that shows times available that actually are not. Be careful when scheduling and have a few potential times in mind.
