When I contacted Jaguar of Peoria online to inquire about a car, the sales exec, Victor Reed, responded immediately - and from that point forward was continually helpful in ensuring I received all the information I needed about the car. Additionally, he negotiated a fair price when I was ready to trade in my car and purchase the new one. And most significantly, he coordinated delivery of the car to my home in Chicago because I ended up too sick to travel to Peoria when it came time to pick it up. He and the rest of the team at the dealership have gone above and beyond to close this deal and bring me a terrific car, a gorgeous red ‘24 F-Pace P400, right to my front door. Truly, a wonderful purchasing experience from start to finish, and I’d gladly go out of my way to Jaguar of Peoria again when I’m ready to buy my next one. Service and parts departments at Jaguar Peoria could not be more helpful or friendly.
These are just genuinely NICE people. So refreshing in today's climate of sketchy customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would have.

Love this dealership! This is, by far, my favorite dealership I've been to. I drive 2 hours (each way) to bring my car here because it's worth it. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the service department pricing is reasonable.

I have experienced Jaguar Peoria to be the best dealership in the area. Every department is courteous and professional. The service dept. is excellent. I was given a luxury loaner and the service manager stayed in contact with me throughout the process offering details and pricing. It was easy making an appointment-only 3 days!!! This is my second vehicle I have purchased here and hopefully not my last!

Needed recall, and emergency warranty work performed on our 2021 F-Pace and all the Jag Dealers within 2 hours of our home in Indiana were booked out over a month. Jag-Peoria scheduled it in within a week and took care of everything in 1 day. Considering that the Indy Dealer where we bought the car had it for over a week just for a few recalls and a oil change, we were more than impressed with the service experience at Jag-Peoria. They handled everything in a professional and timely manner, and most importantly they do not over booked their service dept to make sure everyone gets timely service. They now have all our Jaguar related business even if they are almost 3 hrs away.

Doug and his team have always gone the extra mile for their customers, and represent what Jaguar \"used\" to be. Every other dealership has always fallen short since I moved away from the Illinois area. I now live in Wisconsin, but if distance was no issue I'd be here every time I need dealer service. Other dealers typically treat me like any other customer when it comes to explaining vehicle maintenance. I should note I worked for one of the Big 3 automakers who sold to Tata, and am very keen on paying experts to be experts. Doug and the team have always been pleasant, prompt, and great at communication and have assigned those experts to work on my vehicle. Every other dealership since then, has not. I just do my own work now, but I will miss JLR Peoria.
