I have an industrial sewing machine that has a computerized motor that cannot be transported for service. They gave me excellent service by giving me verbal service over the phone and the issue was resolved! Absolutely wonderful service!! They are the best!

Had my Brother machine serviced here and Steve was great to work with. He kept me up to speed on what was being done and pricing was reasonable. My machine works great now. I have a new place for getting service done! Highly recommend!

Took just over a month to get my machine back because he's just that busy, but I get it now. My 1970s sewing machine has been completely refurbished and is sewing great! And the cost was surprisingly lower than I expected, but exactly what his original quote was. Love this place!
