We couldn't have had a better experience. Jon-Paul helped us out. We came in looking for a rocker recliner to help with those sleepless nights with our first baby on the way. It was a difficult search because I'm a big guy, 6'4", and finding a recliner that fit my long torso was tough. But when we told Jon-Paul what we were looking for, he took us directly to a perfect fit, and it wasn't the most expensive option either, like some sales people at other stores tried to do. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and features and listened to our needs. We went to several other local furniturestores and the sales people there weren't even close to as helpful, knowledgeable, or enthusiastic as Jon-Paul. Our recliner was delivered today and is absolutely perfect. The delivery team was also quick and friendly. Would definitely recommend looking to Jon-Paul for any furniture needs.

Absolutely trash!!! We waited a lot longer than initially told it would be for our recliners they said they had them at the warehouse but still took months to get… and let me tell you I’m very disappointed in them. I’ve always heard good things but the quality is not there. Have not even had the recliners six months and the one is completely broken and not even usable. And the other one the stitching is coming out… I just want to return them and get my money back. I do not need this trash cluttering my house as I can’t even sit in it anyway… customer service absolutely terrible anymore….

Will never purchase from here again. We bought our couch in June/July of 2022. There were delays getting it which we expected after covid. We received our couch November of 2022. In July of 2023, not even a year later, one of the recliners broke. It made a terrible grinding sound when it opened, was hard to open or close, and the back would not recline anymore. All of this of course is covered under the "lifetime" warranty, plus the comprehensive warranty that comes with the first year after delivery. I reached out to the warranty department in August 2023 to get it repaired and did not hear back. I continued to follow up and finally heard back on Spemteber 13th with terms and conditions and asking if I wanted to proceed with repairs. I said yes the same day and did not hear back. Again, I followed up routinely with no response and finally heard back October 4th saying "I see you need scheduled for inspection, we are currently booked through October so we will reach out once we can schedule". I explained all of the above and was told that they did not have service technicians for a few months so they are working through the back log and I was on the list to be scheduled. I followed up again November 11th and was told they would reach out a little closer to December to get me scheduled. That was the last I heard from them, even after countless follow up messages trying to get something scheduled. So here I sit, 2 months from my last message from them, on a busted couch, with no customer service, no "lifetime gurantee" and nothing but a bunch of money down the drain for a cheaply made POS couch.

A service call was made mid June of 2023 for a power lift recliner. Service finally made it out July 18th of 2023 and had to order parts. Parts came 10/09/2023 and were told service would be out to fix in a few weeks. Still waiting as of 12/4/23 and now being told local service dept is closed til 12/14 and no way to contact til then. Very disappointed in what used to be a great place to purchase furniture and service dept was great. Have purchased furniture there for 25 years and will no longer. No one at La-Z-Boy is willing to step up and help.

The sales girl was very knowledgeable and showed us exactly what we thought we wanted. But upon walking to the sales desk we decided on something different. She was very patient and took the time to explain the different features of the reclining loveseat we ended up choosing. Can't wait to get our new furniture

While our salesperson was very helpful, the delivery of our recliners was a problem. One of the chairs had a pillow that would not lady flat. The delivery staff blamed it on improper warehouse storage. They also told us it would improve. Well it has not improved. I had to text the problem with photos to the service department today. Now I have to sit 48 to 72 hours for a reply. These chairs weren't cheap, so I would expect better service than this. Not very happy.

We walked in, not knowing if we were going to buy furniture, but found exactly what we wanted as soon as I opened the door. The sales person was knowledgeable and explained everything to us in a manner that we understood. They were very willing to work with us to keep our furniture since we did not need it right away since we are building in addition, and do not have room to store it. I would highly recommend La-Z-Boy furniture.

Absolutely terrible customer service! My son purchased a brand new sofa from this place and bought the fabric protection with it. The sofa was delivered with a smeared black stain on the back, which tells me they didn’t apply the protection because they would have noticed the stain. We went in the next day with pictures and wanted an exchange but kept getting pawned off to some customer service number that took 2 weeks to contact us back. They refused to do the exchange because we are only given a 2 day return period, which we were well in since we went in the next day but since the lack of effort and because they drag their feet and don’t want to do anything, we were denied the return. They even refused to refund the fabric protection that was not even applied, so we wasted money on something we didn’t even get.. The customer service is the worse I have ever experienced in my life! We should have went to Stegars like we initially were going to do. We will be selling this sofa and will get a new one from a place that is more customer service oriented and professional. We will be sure to spread the word about this place as well. They are the worse and we regret wasting our money here, definitely won’t ever make that mistake again!

Terrible service! We bought two couches in 2021 that did not arrive until 2022. The feet of the couches were placed incorrectly. There were some dings on the feet and the fabric was torn and hanging from the bottom of one of the couches. We paid additional for the lifetime warranty option. We tried numerous times to get this repair done over the course of last year and nobody would get back with us. In addition, the main frame of the sleeper sofa recently disconnected from the couch when we tried to extend it out. Again, we tried to get somebody out to make the repair. We were given a phone number of a lady named Kendra that would text us, but would never respond or do anything to address the issues. Overpriced & defective furniture with no support to back it up! I have never had these issues from any other furniture supplier in the past. Look elsewhere!
