Been here a few times for pre employment screens. The secretary is always rude never tells anyone to sign in then just randomly hollers at people. No interaction nothing until they call your name. It has to be confusing to anyone that hasnt been. I dont understand why it would be so hard to let people know to sign in when they enter.

Busy place! Definitely understaffed but, Luella at the front desk “does it all” She is very efficient & congenial even though she is so busy and overworked. I don’t know what she gets paid but she deserves a raise!

I absolutely love the staff at this location! They don't have a large staff so there is a wait sometimes if you don't have an appointment but it's never been very long. I've been here for blood draws every 2 weeks for the last 5 months and they are always so kind and gentle. I've got difficult veins and they know just how to work with them. I recommend them highly.

Absolutely rude front desk lady. Gives no instructions when you come in and will completely ignore you standing right in front of the window. When she does finally acknowledge you, she very rudely tells you "you're supposed to sign in and sit down"It seems like even coming in is inconvenient for her.

The last time I got my blood drawn in the hospital they tried 4 times and then called a baby nurse to try because my veins were so small. I ended up with a huge blood leak under my skin. So i was understandably nervous today going to Labcorp. However, the lady was quick and efficient and got me in one painless stick! I was very impressed. We got there at 1pm and were in and out in 10 mins. Highly recommend Labcorp!

Have come this second day to get labs done . Looks like the place is understaffed or something. yesterday I came and waited 15-20 post end of lunchtime to do labs but had to go back to work. Today, it’s atkeast an hour and half wait with just two people before me for lab draws. Definitely will try another place next time
