Such a great experience from top to bottom. This is our 8th Lexus we have purchased from Lexus of Peoria and we are always treated like royalty. From Abe the GM to Adam the Finance Manager, their staff is so friendly, helpful, & passionate about the Lexus brand. A special shout out to Thom our Sales Consultant who ALWAYS treats us like a member of his family. He always greets us with a smile and handshake (or hug in my wife’s case) and he is so easy and fun to deal with. From Alvena & I we just want to say thank you all again for a wonderful buying experience!!

I had an excellent experience at Lexus of Peoria and especially appreciated the outstanding work of Danielle Bensing. She was very accommodating throughout the process & definitely went the extra mile in all aspects. Her attention to detail was outstanding & her follow-up communication was far greater than could be expected. This is a salesperson who really cares about her customers. I had the absolute best experience buying my first Lexus here!! I had one issue a couple of weeks after I purchased and this company took care of it right away!!! Customer service at its best!!! I really hate to edit my review, but felt the need to now nearly 3 weeks after my purchase. ?To start, I still feel just as highly of Tania and Skyler who were the two people who helped us find the car we wanted and sold it to us. They made our experience absolutely amazing which is why I’d originally given Lexus a 5 star review. I also still would recommend buying a car here and working with those two! ?Anyway, into why I’ve decided to change my rating.After Tania and Skyler worked with us, it was time to sign papers and work with the finance manager. We decided on getting a service contract before we left as having my new car covered was very important to us. We knew the car had a warranty(ties) but was told it was it had 1-2 years left, if I remember correctly. I didn’t know much about the original warranty, and that is on me for not researching better beforehand.However, I decided to do a little digging after buying the car about the warranties it still had. It was my first newer car, so I didn’t know much about what was covered and how long the original warranties would last. I called hyudai, the manufacturer, and discovered that my car was still covered fully for 3 years. The service contract we’d purchased lasted 6 years, but wouldn’t take affect till after the original warranties expired. So we’d be paying for it for 3 years before we could even use it. Knowing this, I decided to call to get the contract canceled 4 days after we purchased the car and get a full refund on it.I called Lexus and spoke to the man who sold us the contract and asked to have it canceled. He told me he’d send the file through email and I just needed to sign it. I didn’t hear anything else that day (Friday), or the following Monday. Tuesday I emailed again and asked for an update. I was told I’d have it by Thursday. Thursday I never got the email and didn’t hear anything. Friday, once again, nothing. Monday, nothing. At this point I was extremely frustrated at the lack of communication. I called the dealership manager who told me he’d make sure I got it that day. I didn’t get it. Finally, two days later, I received the cancellation form via email. I sent it back signed less than an hour later and am currently waiting to see if it has gone through and my service contract is canceled. It’s taken 2 weeks since I called originally to get the email with the form which I think is pretty ridiculous, especially since it was promised sooner.For anyone purchasing a car here, I’d say that if you’re going to get a service contract, research on the warranties BEFORE buying your car. If you do get a service contract be very sure you want it because it’s been an extremely difficult process to cancel it when it should’ve have been.When I left that Monday afternoon after buying my car, I also left a 5 star review as that part of my experience was wonderful, and I was very pleased with how everything went. I am unfortunately lowering my rating now though as the lack of communication, the feeling of no longer being important to the company after I made the purchase, and the process for cancelling the contract being so drug out has changed my view on this dealership. I really feel like this situation could have been handled so much better and had it been I would have never changed my review. ?We are very happy with our car though! So there is that! She’s beautiful and has been so much fun to drive! Hopefully if we come back we have a better experience next time. ?

Purchasing a car online has become common, but it still carries some risk, especially when there's a trade-in and a long drive involved. Jon Nader made the full experience positive from both the professional and personal aspects. Adam the finance manager was also good to deal with.

Great purchasing experience with Lexus of Peoria! Made it smooth and easy to purchase my Avalon from here! Only issue was my experience after purchasing the vehicle. Took awhile to get paperwork and dealership wasn't always transparent or following through what they said they would do (they'd promise to follow up after I inquiried about paperwork but sometimes never did) when I was waiting for my lien title, license plate, and registration for about 2 months or so.Giving them the benefit of the doubt since I was an out of state buyer, but would definitely still recommend them to others!

Danielle made purchasing my 2024 Lexus NX a seamless process. I contacted her to let her know the colors I wanted and within a couple of days, she was able to locate and order the car. The car was ready for pickup at the time she said it would be ready. When I arrived to pick-up the car, Danielle explained all of the car features. The financial aspect was as equally easy. I will definitely purchase from Lexus of Peoria in the future.

We have been customers for years and simply love this dealership. It is well managed and the service staff are top notch. Rodney is a great service advisor.Check out their waiting lounge- fresh made coffee, snacks, fruit, muffins...I love going there!

I have two outstanding experiences with Lexus/Toyota.My first was when I accompanied my sister-in-law from Springfield who wanted to purchase a new Lexus and trade in her old one. Her initial contact was with Thom Van the sales rep. He was extremely professional and helpful. Although she originally wasn’t trading in her old Lexus, that changed the day of her visit. No problem — Enter Skylar Robards, manager.I had researched the value of her trade, and with minimal negotiation, we quickly arrived at a mutual trade in price. Skylar was both impressive and also quite professional. My sister-in-law was extremely impressed with both Skylar and Thom.About two weeks later, I was named the executor of an estate that included three Toyotas. All three of the cars wouldn’t start and we’re in need of significant maintenance.Rather than try and get someone to put new batteries in them and try and sell them myself, I contacted Skyler. He met me on an early Sunday morning on his own time. He was able to get each car started long enough to get mileage readings and evaluate their value.He presented me an offer, and as of today we have accepted the offer on one vehicle, and have already received funds for it. He had referred me to Ed Maroon (another real pro in that organization) and the whole process was quick, easy, and a huge relief for me,The other two are still in incomplete status because we are getting replacement titles.Thank you Thom, Skylar, and Ed. You guys are great!!!!!!!!

What a great buying experience in Peoria at the Lexus dealership with Danielle Bensing and Jim (GM). They were beyond gracious with their time and accommodating my needs on testing the vehicle and getting a deal agreed and handling my trade-in. I’ve experienced many buying experiences over the years and it’s all about the people……we all like to be heard, listened to and treated fairly and Danielle and Jim were outstanding to work with……very nice staff through out the operation.

Came in looking to view vehicles and ended up walking out with one. Ramone our salesman was super helpful and attentive. These dealership makes it feel like dealing with sharks at times and it was a complete experience here. All of the staff were friendly, it made for a great experience. I would recommend going to this dealership.

Shopping for a Lexus was a very enjoyable and successful experience with the help of our salesman, Ramone Apostol. Ramone listened carefully to what we told him we wanted to see and test drive. He made every step of the process go very smoothly. All of the other staff we encountered were also friendly and helpful.When we purchased our vehicle today, Ramone took extra time to show us its features and answer our questions.We will definitely recommend him to anyone shopping for a new or used Lexus. This experience has made us look forward to driving our Lexus for many years. We are confident the future service we receive from Lexus of Peoria will also be excellent.

Called me to tell me that my car was ready ??. My boyfriend was told he was getting the car for 4 days ?. Got the run around. The sales guy was Ramon. What a joke. I called the other day to see if it was sold. Talked to Tom. Got a voicemail from him today asking if I was going to pick it up. What a JOKE. Get it TOGETHER. The car Tom called me about was NOT FOR US. THIS WAS THE CAR WE WERE LIED ABOUT FOR SEVERAL DAYS!!!! Be careful buying from them. The give you the run around and LIE TO YOU ABOUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE THE CAR ????
