This was my first time going into Loft, we weren't greeted by anyone, but there were a couple of ladies working. I was surprised at how big it was, and also at the selection of items that they had. I was looking for a specific color and a specific dress, which I didn't find, but they did have some really cute other dresses! I liked a lot of their clothes so I will be back in the future!

Ok for a nursing home. Didn't smell. Few cosmetic things need done. Extension cords plugging in TV's, blinds broken, beds aren't comfy, sheets are scratchy- staff is pretty nice though

Horrible customer service! Purchased numerous items on Tuesday, took them home and washed on Wednesday. Unfortunately, two shirts shrunk on delicate/ cold, hung to dry per washing instructions. Tried to exchange for next larger size on Thursday and was rudely told by store manager she would not exchange. I will not shop at this store again.

The manager, Gina (spl?), is AMAZING!!!!!!!! I cannot get over her and how excellent her customer service is!! She went out of her way to accommodate me and helped me get the sweater I wanted on a sale day. I had gone to check out and the sweater had sold out between the time I added to cart and check out. I called the store and she blew me away with how helpful and kind she is. I 100 percent recommend this store, bc the management is amazing!

Great and friendly store. Great staff. Paige took my 20 items and laid them out beautifully in the fitting room. She stayed relatable joking about jean shopping. Luckily I found two pairs of pants. So excited to wear them. The mall is quaint and awesome. I will definitely be back when I visit my son at Bradley. Thanks, Paige.
