I bought a product from east peoria lowe's store. Three days later I had an issue it had a five year warranty. Anna three year warranty. It was only three days old. I did not want my money back. I did not want any sort credit. I just wanted to swap the part out that was broken or swap out the item.. The peoria store manager would not take care of me in peoria. Customer service made me get the item off. The shelf bring it to their customer service counter top. Was ready to swap out only the defective part, If that's what they wanted to do. The store manager and puria would not swap out the part nor with a swap out the entire item.. I had to Waste an hour and a 1/2 of my time. Getting the item off the shelf, bringing it to their counter top and then driving to the Is east peoria store To get my issue resolved. I never ever has had this issue dealing with menards. So be careful buying items.
From lowe's in peoria because the store manager is not Caring nor helpful with any issues Purchased from another store. 3 days after you buy it.

I was at Lowe's on 1/28/25 in need of a couple items. I entered and saw no one in line at customer service so I asked the young lady working there, Katie N., for help in locating my two items. She not only located the items on her bar code scanner, she wrote down the aisles they were located in and gave me specific instructions on where to find them.
Katie N. was extremely helpful and Lowe's Peoria is fortunate to have her working for them.

Austin is the kewlest. I called and asked JD about some boxes and he told me what to do and was very kind about it too. Like you could heat he gave a shit in his voice, thank you for that.

Lowe's is the best place for home improvements and outdoor lawn and patio items. Lowe's also has some great deals on things that you might not think they have such as holiday decorations, snacks, and plenty of other things. This store is inviting, clean, and very big. The customer service staff is friendly and helpful.

The store is literally one of the worst as far as organization. It is hard to find an employee to help with anything. I ended up finding the exact same thing at Menards for $21 less than Lowes.

Plenty of personal to help you at self checkout
Plenty walking floor avoiding customers
If do ask help they look it up on the phone theve been talking on & point

I'm never coming back here.
Friday, I asked an employee where two items are. He told me and I thanked him. As I was walking away he stopped me and asked if I'd like to save money on my electricity bill. I get these scam calls on my phone. To get them from a Lowe's employee was gross. I went to Home Depot.
