I asked for two minutes of this lady’s time she told me just a minute she had no customers there was one car over there with nobody in it, then she was writing something on a piece of paper. The car was in the air. There’s three people back there not one person could come over to help me put air in my tires for my babies stroller. It’s not like I needed help putting air in a car. This is a stroller. I don’t know how much air is enough air so that the tire won’t bust, so the customer service thing to do would be for one person to come help you for two minutes while the other two continue whatever they were doing. Not have one person literally standing there and wait for another car to pull up after I’m already done and when I thank you for nothing you tell me you have to help your customers first when there wasn’t even a customer until after I was done. When I initially asked she could’ve told me no not make excuses and catch an attitude. I see what morals and values take 5 is lacking. It’s windy as hell outside if it was a white baby out there I’m sure she would’ve helped. I work in customer service and have several customers to help at once and they all leave happy even if they come and just inquire about something and or ask for directions she didn’t care at all. The man was standing there doing nothing cause I looked and waited to see who would come help nobody did a thing. Sad

The service here is phenomenal!! The Service Manger and his Assistant Manager are both amazing. (I am terrible at remembering names)10/10 would recommend using this location. They are so friendly and super helpful and informative. I will definitely be returning.

I called their online phone number. I was sent two digital coupons. I used the higher $25 off one. The service manager found me another $7 coupon. He was friendly, knowledgeable and focused on satisfying my needs. I opted for a new rear window wiper. It was a prompt and satisfying experience.

Arrived with 1 car in stall, other was empty after 5 minutes waiting employee brought me water and asked about service, pulled me into 2nd stall, standard oil change took 46 minutes from pull up to drive away, unacceptable, will find better service

I used to take my car to another business and was never happy with my service. I tried out take 5 last week. I was OVERLY impressed.
Even with a a small wait we were waited on and giving beverages. Ashley and Patrick were working and made it fun and a breeze. I WILL be coming back and letting everyone I know !
