I arrived 20 minutes before closing time, but some things took longer than expected and ran 20 minutes past closing time. Staff didn't grumble one little bit, and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. In addition to getting my oil changed I had my fluid levels checked, windshield wipers replaced and both the engine and cabin filters changed out. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism when they changed the cabin filter. It was in an awkward spot, soaked in skunk spray, and the last person had just shoved it in there. Take 5 staff didn't just take 5 minutes and give up, they took the extra time to make sure everything was done properly. Strong recommend, this is my new go-to shop.

This was our first time at this location in Peoria on a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted promptly and given a bottle of water prior to entering the bay for service. The technicians all communicated with each other as well as us to get the job done quickly. We will return to this location for sure.

I am a return customer for many reasons and some of them are as follows:
Good service
Work well done
Quick and efficient
I will continue to return for these reasons however there is also one reason that I do not like.
The price
It is higher then it should be in my opinion. If it were lowered and made more reasonable it would improve business giving those new customers reason to say what I am saying now.

This writing is due to my latest visit on the above date. The store I went to was on War Memorial Dr. in Peoria, Il. The service was nearly complete when I was asked to start my truck (2025 Chevy 2500 HD). When I did, the metal extension pole that is always placed under the open hood, while work is done, fell to the passenger side of the open engine compartment. The pole struck the fender portion right at the hood line, which caused a dent. ( See pic below). I got out of the truck in the work bay to see if there was any damage. That's when I saw the dent. The manager was notified who took pics of the damage and said he would be filing a report with claims. He added that I should be contacted by claims within 24hrs. As of this writing I have not been contacted. They had better follow up with this and pay for the repairs or I will be contacting them directly tomorrow. Currently I am very upset. I realize that accidents happen and as long as the company takes care of the damage I will continue as a customer. If they do not you will hear differently from me.

I asked for two minutes of this lady’s time she told me just a minute she had no customers there was one car over there with nobody in it, then she was writing something on a piece of paper. The car was in the air. There’s three people back there not one person could come over to help me put air in my tires for my babies stroller. It’s not like I needed help putting air in a car. This is a stroller. I don’t know how much air is enough air so that the tire won’t bust, so the customer service thing to do would be for one person to come help you for two minutes while the other two continue whatever they were doing. Not have one person literally standing there and wait for another car to pull up after I’m already done and when I thank you for nothing you tell me you have to help your customers first when there wasn’t even a customer until after I was done. When I initially asked she could’ve told me no not make excuses and catch an attitude. I see what morals and values take 5 is lacking. It’s windy as hell outside if it was a white baby out there I’m sure she would’ve helped. I work in customer service and have several customers to help at once and they all leave happy even if they come and just inquire about something and or ask for directions she didn’t care at all. The man was standing there doing nothing cause I looked and waited to see who would come help nobody did a thing. Sad

The service here is phenomenal!! The Service Manger and his Assistant Manager are both amazing. (I am terrible at remembering names)10/10 would recommend using this location. They are so friendly and super helpful and informative. I will definitely be returning.
