Arrived on time. No other truck was present, which led to my receiving a door without wait. Staff was efficient, professional, and most importantly they handled the unloading with the care of my trailer in mind. I really appreciate your efforts in this guys.

Contacted Ace in California to order a 6 Keg of Pineapple and locate one in my area. Was referred to the midwestern sales manager Mike of Ace to help us out. Mike then proceeded to contact Marketplace to verify 6 Keg was available an in stock. Mike returns our call and verified keg was in stock and proceeded have us go though Binneys in Peoria. Binneys called and secured said 6 keg Pineapple and was told will be on truck Friday. Truck arrives and was told it was left off truck and should be on truck Monday. I get a call Monday to let me know Marketplace has no keg and mine was sold from underneath me and Binneys. I proceeded to call Marketplace and ask if they had fun at their Christmas Parties and they said yes, and then told them mine was unacceptable as our kegerator was empty and canned beer was served. Dont count on Marketplace to come through for you when you need something and preorder it. What a letdown and humbug deal... Never offered to make it right either says alot about them also. .

Delivered beer there from 2 Brothers Brewery. Nice place and nice people. Plenty of room to get my 53 foot trailer into their dock. They got me unloaded quickly without wasting my time. Very clean facility.
