Very busy almost closing time line was all the way in and around the back inside the store. Crowded would be an understatement, but was impressed with the gentleman who handled the rush with ease. No sweat 😅.

I am now off of 2 daily medications because I use the mail order and there is ZERO communication. There was an unshippable item added so they just changed the whole order to pick up and no one told me. I live 1 1/2 hours away from the actual pharmacy. If I had not followed up I never would have known what was going on. Called 4 days later to make sure everything was okay. Called today to request a tracking number and they told me it was mailed yesterday. The original request for a refill was made 1 1/2 weeks ago. I have called 3 times. Now out of meds.

One pharmacy rep said their pharmacy can help so I provided their info to dr out of state. Called back after confirming necessary details for billing an emergency fill. Next rep said he doubted they could help, said the billing never goes through for out of state then hung up on me.
Find this really rude. Very unpleasant tone. I was friendly and direct, not trying to waste their time. Thought they were part of OSF/Childrens hospital of illinois. Will keep calling elsewhere to get my child's important meds.
Edit* they called back and were even ruder about the process. They didnt want to help my small child with chronic illness from the get-go. It is a specialty medication. I had the emergency fill unit with his health insurance call and they were rude to her too!
I cannot believe they are the official outpatient pharmacy for Childrens hospital of Illinois. Why did they discriminate against us? Why do they not care about suffering children? It is simple paperwork! Even the Emergency fill agent filled out all but 3 lines for them. Why are they so horrible?

I have been using Medi-Park Pharmacy for approximately the past year. They always have my prescription ready on time. If they do not have it in stock, they promptly call and inform me. This is by far the best pharmacy I have encountered.

I have had and continue to have good experiences at MediPark pharmacy. The staff is personable and friendly. The pharmacists are informative, polite and efficient. I wouldnt go back to any other pharmacy Ive had to use in the past. Kudos to MediPark
