I have been going her for at least 5 years or more this the first time that i was treated bad i came in for a pedicure was told it would be a 30 minute wait i said ok they never asked me which pedicure i wanted it was a rush job he cut so closed my toe started bleeding i will not be coming back it seems to me if you are of color you are treated poorly and they tried to get you out real fast

Waited 40 minutes with my feet in the water waiting for someone to help me. By the time I got my pedicure they were hurrying and clipped my skin. Will not be back

It was my first time at this place and I really enjoyed it. I got basic full set of acrylics with regular polish. Long (I don’t know if I’m spelling his name right) was my nail tech and he was soo thorough. He listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. I’m giving 4 stars because when I called to make an appointment, I was told this set would be $40 but when I went to pay, it was $55. I didn’t get anything extra just basic polish with acrylics. Overall, this place is nice and the guy who did my nails was amazing!

I went in with a picture of nails I found online. They told me it was airbrush and they don’t do that. But then, my nail tech experimented with dip and other items and we found the best nails ever with black gel and chrome. I’ve never had so many compliments. At least 2-3 people say something about how cool they look every day. A week later I decided I should post about how fantastic they are and how wonderful my nail tech was. I love them so much!!! The pic I have doesn’t even do them justice because they also sparkle a little in the sunlight. Hopefully I figure out how to post a pic.

My daughter experienced an unfortunate incident after a recent pedicure, resulting in a toe infection that required antibiotics. She contacted the salon for a refund. However, the resolution process was far from satisfactory. The nail technician, lacking in apology, insisted on removing polish from the affected toe before processing the refund.Despite my daughter's initial assumption that the technician only intended to inspect the toe, it became apparent that a complete polish removal was expected. My daughter did not allow her to remove all the polish. To her surprise, the technician issued a refund of $25, justifying the amount by the polish retained.Upon questioning the adequacy of the reimbursement, my daughter revealed the severity of her situation – having visited urgent care and being prescribed antibiotics. Only then did the technician reluctantly provide the full refund. The evident use of unclean tools leading to the infection, coupled with the lackluster customer service during the refund process, leaves much to be desired. Considering these issues, I advise seeking services elsewhere.

Always a great experience! Have been coming every two weeks for a couple years now and my nails are ALWAYS perfect!Salon is always clean, staff is super friendly and remembers you. I LOVE the new setup with the colors and the dips on the walls, it looks so cool.
