I was in line today when a neighboring business inquired about a package being delivered and the dude behind the counter straight up lied and said they didn’t have it. Even after she dragged it into the lobby and showed her name on the label. Shady business and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on

nah bro I extended my payment period and they still took the payment before the three day extension plus the dude added Hella stuff to my plan I told him not to which is actually illegal to charge someone for features they told.you specifically not to put on the plan don't be scammers like this guy that tries to sell someone looking for a 50 dollar phone a 250 dollar phone i said I wanted within budget over 100 for a phone is insane yall have materials to valued now

The staff that served me is very rude.
I asked him the reason why the bill increased by 5 dollars and he commented that it is a commission for paying in the store, which is nonsense, that they charge you for paying in a brand store, worse still, 5 dollars for each bill you pay, in my case it was 3.15 dollars given away.
Terrible service, last year I used Metro By T-Mobile.

This was the third location that I went to in one day, driving over an hour, that was permanently closed. I couldn't call due to my phone not working. Update your listing. All 3 showed that they were open.

Rachel. The manager? Yeah she's racist. A customer was having issues with her phone number and Rachel seemed so unwelcoming and irritated and called the customer a bit*h? This was about 30 seconds into my visit. The lady got upset and almost lost her temper but decided to just leave. Then, my dad started having a convo about football with a different associate and I guess miss Rachel felt comfortable enough to say, "that's the thing about black people- don't get me wrong my daughters half black- but that's the thing, they a act like that and then wonder why they're treated the way they are. Just ghetto ". By now I'm giving her the death stare because I couldn't believe my ears. I had to leave. Extremely disappointed and disgusted

Went here to redeem my free tumbler through the T-Mobile Tuesday app. When I walked in I was greeted by an employee sitting on a chair playing on her phone. I showed her the app and at first she told me TMobile was across the street. I then showed her it says redeem at either T-Mobile or metro by T-Mobile. She then went ahead and got it for me. To me this is very unprofessional and I strongly believe she really didn't want to get up at first because she was busy playing on her phone.
