Great products, clean store, kind employees. But the self checkouts can be frustrating. If you need assistance a teeny tiny clear sign slightly lights up blue. No associates can see it, you end up having to flag someone down to help.

Clean, friendly, but a bit expensive. Plus, not impressed on not carrying Wilton products. They carry very little of Wilton compared to no named brands. Not impressed on that. Walmart carries more than they do on Wilton. That is really sad too, because you'd expect a place like Michaels to carry a name brand of cake products and not Walmart. I would be embarrassed to be Michaels. I have talked to others about this too and they agree with me. If you sell cake, etc products, carry all of Wilton!

We bought something there a little while ago they charged my bf twice for the purchase… he’s called customer service a few times! And still hasn’t gotten his money back! BS . I didn’t even want to give one star but I had to to write this review!

I didn't get quite what I asked for but it turned out fine most people didn't see the glitch in the frame photos that I wish to have exploited.

Great selection of art and craft supplies but honestly I only go there if I cannot wait 2 days from amz because of the price difference. Open sun like a store should be!

Was there yesterday wanting to purchase frames. The 2 ladies in the frame department were not very friendly or accommodating with a simple request. But on the other hand they were very accommodating to another customer. Because of their attitude I did not buy anything. Store needs improvement on having more employees and customer service to customers.

They had chips sitting at the register that were going out of date the next day. I let the cashier know and she stated she knew it. That rep for the chips or that cashier should have pulled that product. It's the small things companies look over and customers question how they run their business.

Didn’t catch his name but the employee with rainbow glasses assisted me and my grandma and was so helpful with trying to find what we were looking for and gave good suggestions when we weren’t able to find it. The employees here are always so kind and go above and beyond for their customers

Nice clean friendly staff store. Always check here for floral supplies. Seems a bit cheaper than Hobby Lobby.
