I called on Thursday and asked for a quote on an alignment. The least expensive due to warranty was $129. When my daughter who attends Bradley walked in the next day they told her it would be $150 because they didn’t do the original repair causing the need for the alignment. Then they said that they wouldn’t even do it because her car needed another $1300 in repairs before it could be done. Find this hard to believe when her brake lines had just been rebuilt at a different Midas 3 weeks before and they would have done the alignment if there machine had been working that day. Definitely feels like they know they are dealing with college students.

Great service from Gary. Replaced my brakes and rotors, did an oil change (and a few other repairs) all within a few hours. Gary walked me through the whole process and the cost ahead of time. Great knowledgeable service. Thank you!
