I drove nearly four hours from out-of-state to buy a Telluride from Mike Miller because at that time they were the only dealership not charging over MSRP (Jan of ‘23). They had all of the paperwork all ready to go and I was finished signing in under twenty minutes. Unfortunately there was one more step, because it was an out-of-state purchase, that required a police officer to sign a form. I had to wait quite a while for the officer to arrive. I was treated very kindly by the salesman while waiting - even offered to take me to lunch. At the end, they did throw in some extra goodies for the car that made the long wait quickly fade away. Probably the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a dealership.

Purchased a Kia Forte, recommend Kia as a whole (can't beat the 10 year warranty) as well as Mike Miller Kia and Ted who took good care of us. Very pleased with the purchase and process.

I showed up an hour early to my service visit. I was helped immediately and sent to the waiting room. A few minutes later my service associate came in and said you are hour early, he wanted to make sure I was willing to wait. I was I had nowhere to be. He checked on me periodically and I reassured him I’m ok waiting. Very personable and he made me feel like family. I will definitely be back for service as well as vehicle purchases. 10 out of 10.

The dealership's service department has had my daughter's car for six weeks and they haven't even diagnosed the problem yet. The problem is likely covered by the warranty, and I get the impression they aren't interested in doing work covered by the warranty. The car can't be driven, or we would have transferred it to the Rockford dealership, with which we've had wonderful experience.

I have been a loyal customer to Mike Miller Kia for the past 11 years. My family has spent at least $90,000 there, and have influenced many other friends to purchase vehicles from them. We would have bought a 3rd vehicle there if it weren’t for the service department and poor customer service. The positives: I love my car, despite all the issues. Brian in the service department has always been GREAT to work with and I wish he would have been the one helping me during my recent visit. The negatives: There have been a lot of recalls and repairs. The service department is always at least a month out for scheduling ANYTHING. They are short staffed, but it makes me wonder why they can’t keep employees? My most recent experience was waiting a month for an appointment to diagnose why my window was stuck rolled down, which seemed pretty obvious to me but I paid the $150 diagnostic fee for them to tell me it’s broken ? They had to order a part which came within a couple days, and now I am put back into the scheduling queue and have to wait another month for it to actually be fixed. This is after they told me they had the part on hand and could fix it at the original appointment. This is also after I was specifically told by Devon that I wouldn’t be put back into the queue and that they would get it fixed within a day or two of receiving the part. The office manager, Marcus, isn’t much help at resolving issues. He informed me that my broken window simply isn’t a priority, despite the fact that I am a paying customer and they already took my money for a problem they haven’t fixed. Interestingly, when I mentioned leaving an honest review online, Marcus offered to pay a technician cash after hours to fix my window, which is a testament to his questionable integrity.Bottom line, I would recommend going somewhere else for service, or you will be waiting a month or two for your repairs. It can also be difficult to find another automotive shop that will work on Kias, so maybe consider another type of car if you can’t make frequent trips to the dealership.

Unfortunately have had pretty bad experiences here in the past, today being another one. Came in with an appointment to have my car maintenanced and have all the recalls looked at and worked out. However, they told me they only had me down for an oil change (which I could have done at a local maintenance shop much closer to where I live) and while I asked them if they could do the recalls that I was scheduled for, they came to me in the waiting room to tell me they were done...and had only done the oil change. While they weren't necessarily mean (otherwise I'd give it a one star), they refused to do the full service they were tasked with (I showed them the appointment information that clearly stated what it was for), which wasted my time because I had to drive out there and now have to make another appointment for what should have been done today. I don't believe I will be taking my car here any longer.

Probably the worst service department I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. The wait time for an appointment is always months later. They never have any answers. Seem to never want to check your warranty or find reasons to claim things aren’t covered by the warranty they promote as a big reason to purchase Kia in the first place. When we bought our car it was “out on loaner” so they woman had to drive it back. Now when my friend has had to get her car repaired they “didn’t have a loaner” now with our car they still have no loaner. This is our only driver so leaving the car isn’t an option. Love the car, love Kia. However if I knew just how difficult their service department is and the treatment they give, I’d second guess. If you look at the reviews you’ll see the service department seems to be the biggest issue. Lots of positive reviews with sales and purchasing the car, however seems once that’s done the service department could care less. This review isn’t necessarily for Kia as I highly doubt the issue will be resolved in anyway shape or form. This is more to put out a warning for any future customers thinking of getting their car here because of the amazing warranty you can never use or get your car an appointment to find out if it’s covered or to simply just get fixed.

I called for key switch for my kia that has been broken. I talked to Brandon, parts department. He told me they cannot sell ignition switch to me without prove ownership. This was new to me! I told him I can prove the car is mine. He switched the discussion to that parts are back order and he doesn't have ETA.I know he was lying because I ordered parts from other dealership. I wouldn't consider this place for service

I know all dealerships charge outrageous prices for service but this was the topping on the cake! Had a headlight bulb go out recently and stopped to have it changed out. They told me the bulb was going to cost $300 and they had to go get it from somewhere. They were pressuring me to wait until they got which was going to take 30 to 40 minutes which means an hour to an hour and half. I told them I wasn't able to wait and that I would come back. The associate asked me multiple times to make sure I came back. Well, I started doing some research. Auto Zone had the bulb for $130! And I stopped at a local auto shop that didn't charge me a penny to replace it! They are crooks! I'm sure that me being a female and by myself also led them to believe they could take advantage of me! Do your research before checking with Kia dealership!

They don't take care of their customers. Bought 4 cars from here since 2018. 2 were brand new and 2 were used! I've had nothing but problems since day 1 with the optima ex. It is now in the shop for the 9th or 10th time with engine issues and check engine light that they are blaming maintenence on the vehicle. It was just in the shop in February to have a valve gasket replaced and here we are with more issues 2 months later. On top of all this They decided that us not having a car for us to get back and forth to work was not important and now want us to pay for it. This car barely has 78k miles on it and has been a nightmare since the day we bought! They had to replace the harness within the 1st 10k miles! Nothing but issues and don't care if the customer has a vehicle which is why we bought 2 brand new vehicles so we didn't have these type of issues. My wife and I are extremely Tired of how this dealership treats its customers that we have almost spent a 120k in 4 years with! No longer staying with Kia! It's sad bc we really had great things to say originally but the experience has been just awful.

Joe and his team were fantastic! I was torn between a purchasing a Telluride from Mike Miller or purchasing an another vehicle from another dealer. Joe was not pushy or “salesy”. This was by far the best car purchase and experience I have ever had. From start to finish and even after I left the parking lot, they were spot on with their professionalism, they were personable and you could tell they took pride in their work. I am an extremely happy customer!

Had the best experience buying a new vehicle at Mike Miller Kia. My sales rep was Quinn Miller. He is great!! He sat and talked to us about everything while we were waiting. I will be going back to Mike Miller Kia for my next vehicle. Thank You again Quinn!

I use the DC fast charging system quite often. They took the effort to make sure it is not blocked by ICE vehicles. And since they are the only DC fast charging in Peoria, I will be a frequent customer.
