The process that says when your vehicle is scheduled on computer is wrong! When I got a email or text or said error and it had mike Miller Mitsubishi in the email! Other than that had a good experience! I’ve been getting my vehicles from Mike Miller since 13 or 14 years now! Great company

Hi, I stopped by Mike Miller Mitsubishi. I was looking for an Outlander. They didn't have what I was looking for. I stepped outside and saw this red Eclipse and knew that was going to be mine.They took care of me on a trade in. My entire family has purchased from Mike Miller for years, purchasing Kia, Hyundai, Genesis and Mitsubishi. We have a long standing relationship with Randy and just worked with Paul for the first time on Saturday, buying a new Mitsubishi Outlander. The sales staff is incredible, service is friendly, thorough and quick. The finance department is also great to work with. Can’t imagine going anywhere else. Thanks for all of your help, Paul! Disgruntled Customer Part 1 I ordered a 2022 Kia Telluride in 2021 w/ a deposit. Fast forward march of 2022 I went in to pick up my vehicle. Just before I went in to sign I was told the price had gone up by $1000. I began to get nervous but I went ahead into the financiers office. My husband & I had already discussed that I wasn’t gonna buy an extra warranty. However, the manager was really pushy & we asked if we can have a moment to discuss this & the manager said yes. He walked toward the door but stayed in the doorway. The min my husband & I started talking he popped back in interrupting us like I said I was already nervous because this was a big purchase. I had saved $7000 that I was using as a down payment from the sale of my 2017 Mazda cx9 that I purchase brand new. It was 4 years old with under 30,000 miles & I received a lot for it but I am still kicking myself to this day for selling it. I researched the Kia telluride & other vehicles such as bmw, another mazda, ford explorer etc…to see which one I wanted. After purchase I was not happy because the extra warranty that I purchased ate up almost all of my hefty down payment. So I called & spoke to a manager (I don’t remember his name) & explained my situation he seem perturbed & said that he would help me but he had to call me back. He never did. When he didn’t I felt like there was nothing he could do so I moved on happy with my truck but not with how I was treated.

I highly recommend this dealership!! This was by far the most enjoyable and seamless car buying experience! I was treated with respect and kindness. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted, a fair price for my trade in, and financing. I have been contacted for follow up after taking my car home. Paul Beckman and Randy Acevedo are the best! I bought a 2022 outlander from Bloomington il1)I went to peoria Dealer as I reside in peoria il for a recall and the first thing they mentioned I need to come back after 45 days as they don’t have time due to short of employees2) And 2 nd time I went with appointment for front hood installation where I got approval from mitisubushi company and where I got appointment after a month and when I gone thy told they don’t have a appointment on my name , after requesting thy took my car In3)this time I got engine malfunction reduce speed and thy not even care to check what’s going on for 3500 miles car after requesting thy scanned car and said nothing wrong but I did not feel happy and took my car to Bloomington il dealer and thy fixed by doing diagnosis and as the car still under warranty the peoria service dealer asked me for diagnosis thy will charge4) this time I went with appointment for recall and thy told me come after 3 to 4 hours and they updated recall , but when I dropped my car I had kept gas full of tank with only 1.5 miles drove to the dealer and during time of pick I seen my car is running and when I picked my keys from service I can open to doors with remote and when I requested to service they open the car door manually and I asked how long the car is running and they said no idea , but by seeing my car gas needle i know the car is running almost 3 hours when I reported they said thy will give me gas money .And for every single thing I need to take my car to Bloomington dealer by driving up and down for 2 hours , bcoz the peoria service can’t take of my car properly .Being in service u need to see what the problem but can’t say no with false information

Joe was a great salesman. He didn't pressure me or try getting me to buy a vehicle I didn't want like the local jeep dealership did. The finance manager was amazing and very personable. I love my new eclipse crossover and I will definitely be back in 2 years to buy a new vehicle. I also plan to recommend friends and family.

Not impressed. I stopped in to your repair department because my 2019 Outlander has a warning light stating "Parking brake Service Required". I have taken this cat to two different mechanics, one at another dealership and both after inspecting the rear brakes and running a diagnostic, they both stated the brakes are in good shape and it needs to be taken to the dealer to be put into service mode so the computer can be reset.I stopped to have this done but according to the service manager it cannot be done without another diagnostic test done at a cost of $350. I also mentioned the brakes have been upgraded and he said that it would have to be changed back to original before the test can be ran at a cost of $1500. Was told I should not drive it until he can rebuild and test everything.Sorry but this is pure extortion since the other mechanics have said the problem is the computer just needs to be reset. I do not know if this is standard practice with your shop. I will be filing a claim with the BBB....

We had a courtesy car because our vehicle was gone about 10 days altogether. They called that the vehicle was ready and the brakes had not been changed or the gas line flushed or whatever that was discussed to be done. When our vehicle was finally ready, there was dried water spots all over it. And the courtesy car we had, a truck way ahead of my husband threw a rock and chipped the windshield. And seriously we had to turn their into our personal insurance and pay a $250 deductible to MIke Miller that we are dropping off today. First of all, that was not our fault. Secondly, we have purchased several cars from MM and been a loyal customer for many years, since 2007 I would say. After this treatment, will not be purchasing another vehicle from here.Denise Winston
