They continually mess up our prescriptions. The employees are arrogant and rude. We have switched to HyVee and have been very happy.

This CVS on Pear Tree Lane messed up my prescriptions 3 times during a 2 week period when I had pnuemonia. The first time, they said that they didn't have an order for me, then later told me that it was there, but they were looking in the "wrong que". The second time, they just didn't fill it because my insurance didn't pay for it. The third time, they told me that they just don't carry what I was precribed. No wonder they have a sign on their counter, which warns customers to be nice to their employees. People are probably livid over this kind of service. Will NEVER go to that pharmacy again!

Pharmacy used to be the best in the aera. New employee's dont give a crap about you as a customer. Wish i could move to another location. I complain about an employee, and she is still just a rudd as ever.

The worst run place I have ever been in. Employees are overworked and rude. Do not use this Pharmacy. Used the CVS on Lindbergh for 35 years. It was great. CVS closed it to save money. In the end it will cost them customers.

There is no point of calling in a prescription to this CVS, they never notify me when it is ready to pick up. I have to call or stop in to check on the prescription and am repeatedly told they just haven't filled it yet. This is always 2 days after I have received notice from my doctors office that they have sent the prescription over. Last time I have a prescription filled here!

I've shopped here for years. Very convenient, always liked the 3rd shift staff...nice and helpful, and being open 24 hrs. was terrific with my odd schedule. I think the day manager may be better now but he used to be extremely rude! The store has recently been remodeled. It looks great and has much more to offer now! I love it! Only down side is that they are no longer a 24 hr store. This CVS now closes at 11:00 during the week.
