Ok well I went In there the other day ok Friday ok, and I wanted a color copy of my father death certificate, they said they could not do it, when I did it in the pass In April ok whit them, I did a copy whit them of my father death certificate, it was so aggravating to me why this young lady did not do it again, I be going to a other place to do it, just got me so aggravated

Seems slow checkout. Scans something then presses some keys, etc. What are they doing? Just scan it and bag it and get me on my way.

Office Depot at 4100 W. Willow Knolls is Great! They always have what I'm looking for and then some. The store is very well organized, clean, and the staff is great. The cashier "Bruce" is the Best! He always lets me know if something is on sale or is going to be. He has always been very helpful anytime I have questions or concerns about anything. Bruce has saved me a lot of money, by recommending things, and letting me know when something is going to be on sale. He's the best at customer service which as we all know, is very hard to find these days! Bruce is very good at his job, he's very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I always tell my friends and neighbors about Office Depot and what a great place it is for all office, schools supplies, home office. etc.
