I had an excellent experience at the store thanks to Matt. He got me the best price he could on a new battery and installed it for me as well. He’s a great representative for the store, very personable, funny and super knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for any better. Thank you, Matt, you really saved the day!!!

Garbage staff do not know how to serve customers, they respond unwillingly, the first and last time I visited this store I had to leave and look for another place

While the store has a decent selection, my recent experience with the staff was disappointing. During my visit, I found the staff to be unhelpful and seemingly disinterested in assisting customers. For instance, I inquired about several auto parts, including a battery, but was repeatedly informed they were out of stock, which I felt was an excuse for not wanting to assist further.Particularly concerning was when I asked for a battery test before considering a purchase, and the sales representative dismissed my request, claiming their battery tester was not functioning. This response felt unprofessional, and it led me to seek service elsewhere – I successfully got the test done at AutoZone within minutes.Based on this experience, I can't recommend this store for items that require active assistance from the staff, such as tires, batteries, or wiper blades. If customer service is a priority for you, you might want to consider other options."
