Our experiences have been so nice, we did it twice!! We have two homes built by P&W Builders. After having sit-downs with other builders, family, and friends we gave Dave a call, the rest is history. They helped us create cost effective dream homes that continuously get compliments. I highly recommend!!!

They say to wait before you review a business until you know if the product and service is ok. We have been in our house over 20 years. We love it. P&W did a great job. We were nit-picky, demanding, and on a tight budget. I still call my now friend, Dave at P&W, every few months to remind him we love it and how great our house is! If you are going to build or buy a new home in the central Illinois area, this is the place.

Bob was absolutely incredible to work with as we navigated a basement renovation. Not only was he detailed and communicative, Bob's input and insight into the building process was incredibly helpful and crucial in seeing potential hiccups in our layout design. His vendors were wonderful to work, even when we requested some highly customized work. Thank you so, so much!

Not a company I would want to do business with, lacking professionalism and mannerism. Quality of work looks good, but the materials used are not worth the value. Look elsewhere

Before you hire them get a lawyer to protect your money, they have been sued 3 times since 2014, with one judgement for over $300,000.00. They did not put all the anchors in the house foundation to secure it, as the IBC 2006 and City of Pekin Illinois calls for. The roof is unlevel and not built to any blueprint. I would not have them build me a doghouse or even hire them. Poor QUALITY House and they do not do as the their contract is written. If you want to see my junk house come by and I'll show you Poor Quality.
