They were very good with our dog, but was 30 minutes behind schedule. They were also great at keeping our dog calm while she was getting her shots.

3 months later and over $250 and my chi still has worms. Wormer is not effective. Customer service did not help!

I brought my dog to get groomed here and he had a blast! He was a little nervous going in, but came out super happy. Everyone in the store was so nice and helpful!

From one of my friends! I am pissed right now. 5 or 6 days ago I walk in to Petco with my sister to get food for my babies. There was 5 ferrets in there all doing fine. Yesterday went to see if they got there food in walk pass the ferrets. Then walk passed a employee told her they need food. Coming back by the ferrets she opens thing there in so I started to play with them. I see one not moving so reach and pet him he starts crying. One thing I hate is to hear a ferret cry. Everytime he was moved he cried. I called of Mary Dookin in the USA she told me pm Lisa so I did. Lisa ask me to call and see if they would discount him or surrender to a rescue. I was flat out told no that they talked to there vet and would be taking care of him. So we get there today to pick him up and was told he passed which was a lie they had him put to sleep at tri county. This is Petco in Peoria Illinois. You knew we was coming to get him and you choose to put him to sleep. Why didn't you have a x ray taking of his leg when you told me you thought it was his leg. We would like answers of why he was put to sleep

They were really good with my cat, her shots were not very expensive. I think for both rounds I paid a total of $160 and that includes the $35 charge you get in the state of Illinois for late vaccination. Very good for low income vetting

Just got the rabies vaccine the prices was cheap but I do recommend showing up early as the line gets pretty long I got there at 2:30 waisted in line tell almost 5:00 but if your on a budget the price is right I will go again next year hope this helps you
