We have been buying from Piersons for decades. My mom introduced us to the store for down pillows and still buying to this day. Also, I bought a bed and mattress 11 years ago, and the mattress is still solid. Their customer service is above and beyond. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. My son is the next generation to buy their down pilliws....that's 3 generations. GOLD STARS
